From the moment you arrive, the open living and dining area draws you in with breathtaking ocean views, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace for cooler desert evenings—just bring your own firewood or logs. The fully equipped kitchen includes both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker (don’t forget your K-Cups!), along with a blender, toaster, microwave, and all the cookware and utensils you need whether you plan to prepare a full meal or something quick and easy.

The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and a private tiled bathroom, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds with convenient access to the second full bathroom just down the hall—ideal for families or small groups. Step outside onto your private oceanfront patio, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening barbecue with sweeping views of the sea. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the house was excellent. Customer service was very good. However, there were a few issues: the screen door and window in the master bathroom had gaps that allowed mosquitoes in, and the balcony/patio had a large crack that didn’t seem safe for children. The beds were uncomfortable, and the fitted sheets were very loose, coming off with minimal movement. Aside from these concerns, everything else was satisfactory.

Beautiful Beach

The property is as listed. Located on a beautiful beach that is not crowded and every day Peter would come around and deliver burritos, tamales, tortillas, if requested. Massages were readily available as were delicious pineapple drinks. Very happy with the stay. Felt safe, condo was clean and everyone was very accommodating and kind.

Nice Affordable Beach Front

Cute little place! Cheaper than you can get a Holiday Inn room in Scottsdale on the beach. Nothing fancy but for a small group who wants to spend most of their time on the beach it is perfect. I would rent again. Also, Oceano rentals, the property management company that runs this rental and many others in the area are awesome! They always help out at a moments notice with any and all needs. I think next time I will rent directly through them.

Excellent Beachfront Getaway

Our stay at Mariposa on Las Conches was excellent! Bed was comfortable pillows were a bit hard, the view and ocean was more beautiful than we expected. The place had everything we needed to make our stay great. The only issue was the sliding glass door came off the track, but it was easy to get back in. We notified Oceano and they said they would have it fixed. The neighbors that own the place next door were AMAZING, and it looks like the the other place next door is vacant and has been for awhile. It was great to walk out the back door and cast our fishing poles! We Caught a few fish. There are vendors offering knickknacks, drinks, jewelry and massages. The location is great! About a 10 minute drive to the Malecon part of town. We felt very safe. Place was clean. We can’t wait to go back!

We come to Rocky Point 1-2 times a year, and we always rent through Oceano. Great service!
