Los Tocayos - Full luxury home

Los Tocayos is a fully luxury home, styled with contemporary furnishings, that offers you easy beachfront access. Take a break from hacienda-style homes in this modern 3 bed 3 bath home with high-end style.

The master bedroom is designed with comfort in mind. It features a king size bed as well as a private bath, walk-in closet, and TV. The private bath includes a built-in vanity and luxe bathtub. The second bedroom has a Queen bed as well as its own bath. Lastly, the third bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom directly across from it.

The living area features plenty of natural lighting with blackout curtains for added privacy, if desired, and is furnished with a large dining table fit for the whole party as well as a large leather couch for your comfort. This area incudes a Smart TV so you can log into Netflix while taking a break from the beach.

The kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances, is fully equipped for as much, or as little, cooking as you would like to do in addition to offering a Keurig machine (just be sure to bring your own K-cups!). Adjacent to the kitchen is a washer and dryer, if needed. Lastly, renters will have access to the 2-car garage. Pet friendly upon approval and pet fee. 2 minimum nights, 3 on Holidays. (Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay).
For 7 nights the owner requests, if it is a weekend, check in must be on Friday or Sunday not Saturday.

Great experience

First time visiting las conchas puerto peñasco and was great experience. The house was not to far from the beach walking distance. The house definitely felt like at home . The rooms were clean and the outdoor of the house as very cozy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was on the beach side of the street but behind another house with a 1 minute walk to the beach. A small view of the ocean from the top deck fully enclosed yard with a shade tree and some private quiet areas to read and relax. Modern decor and everything worked. Small store across the street with lots of basic items.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check in and the Oceano staff was very helpful.The house was ready early and very clean. Great location and extremely close to the beach.We were able to use the garage and also there is parking out front to the left side of the entryway.All of puerto penasco is having water issues right now. 6 of us stayed there and we were fine on water. Remember, its not like the states and if you can help conserve water, you will be ok also.House is well maintained and I would highly recommend .

1st visit to Los Conchas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was very nice and well equipped. Kitchen had water cooler and ice maker which was very nice. The fenced in back yard was great for our little dog and the beach was only a few steps away. The only negative I have is that the house alarm would randomly go off in the night, or day... and the dishwasher wasn't working. The kitchen itself is very well stocked with everything you would need to cook. We had a great time!
