Welcome to Aventura, your perfect beachfront retreat offering comfort, privacy, and breathtaking ocean views. This condo features 3 cozy bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, providing the perfect space for families, friends, or small groups looking to enjoy the beauty of the beach.

The master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed and a private bath. The second bedroom is ideal for children or friends, with two twin beds. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, a private entrance, and its own private bath, providing extra privacy and convenience.

Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a coffee maker, Keurig machine (just bring your own pods!), blender, microwave, and toaster. Whether you're brewing a morning cup of coffee or whipping up a quick snack, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.

Relax in the living room, which includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a cozy fireplace (please bring your own wood or fire logs for chilly nights). Enjoy Wi-Fi Internet, Vonage phone service, and satellite TV for entertainment during your stay.

Step outside to your private beachfront patio, where you can lounge in comfort while soaking up the stunning ocean views. There’s also a built-in charcoal barbecue for grilling up meals while enjoying the sea breeze. The condo offers a two-car garage for your convenience.

For added peace of mind, a landline is available for your use. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside, and there is a $75 USD pet fee (per pet) for your furry companions.
Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided, you are free to bring beach towels.

We also had a few lights not working and Oceano came on Monday and fixed the problem. The sliding glass door is a big issue! It needs yo be replaced!! The curtains in the living room are discusting!Over all we really like the condo and the location is ghe best in RP!!See you next year!

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was awesome. We had 5 people and had plenty of space. It was so nice that we had 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen had most things you need and they had beach towels! Beds are comfortable, fans aren’t squeaky (I’m crazy about fans :) ) the beach is right out the back door and mannys was super close. Definitely recommend and I will be staying here again for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, the cleaning crew had left the AC way too low, which caused the pipes to freeze slowly ,so the ac stopped working. No towels either. When we called the manager was condescending and rude , made me feel like we have done it. We come from Arizona believe me we know how to use the Ac ,who wants to go on vacation to be hot ! Plus this is our 3rd stay and we never had issue before.Not even an apology! Love the property management has to go!

Condo sleeps six but can seat about 2 in the living room. Bedroom closet doors rusted won't open and close. Walls need some care, please replace the nasty curtains. For what it cost to rent this condo I was extremely unhappy.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year in a row. Staying for 6 or more nights each stay. Very disappointed to see the same old run down couch. Couch is the only sitting in living room. Shower not useable in master bedroom due to shower head on wrong wall. Sprays water all over the floor. Microwave turntable doesn’t work. Burner light stays on stove when burners not on. Future rentals need to be advised of construction going on next door. Chimney on roof is falling down. Advise no fire inside fireplace. If furniture was updated we would stay again or refer friends. This was not worth the holiday premium we paid to stay here.

Kids loved the tide pools, and having a 2 car garage removed all fear of damaged vehicle or theft. Neighbors and workers were all super friendly, and employees in the office on Freemont were great. Their direction were perfect and local recommendations were on point. This place would also be great for couples as one of the rooms has an out side entrance, so both couples would have privacy. We had 5 kids and this was more than enough room.
