The property is dated and showing wear and tear. It seems like the upkeep is nonexistent. The AC unit to one of rooms was not working properly, The window was not closing properly, looked broken. The linens were old and worn.

Fantastic place

We loved everything about this place. The kitchen was huge, the bedrooms were comfortable and it was nice to be able to park inside the garage. I would highly recommend staying there. So close to the beach and great restaurants. We had a blast!!!

Excellent location to Sandy Beach

This house is in a great location to walk to Sandy Beach. The beds are very comfortable and the house is beautiful. The Host is very responsive and the recommendation for Private chef was great. I would stay there again. Be sure to bring beach towels and a blow dryer if needed.

Rocky Point Summer 2025

We went with 2 families; this is our second time in this house. We love the openness of the house and there are plenty of rooms for everyone. It's a short walk to the beach and perfect location in the middle of everything on Sandy Beach. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend it!!

Loved It!

We had an amazing stay. I would even say that the bedrooms are better in person than they are in the photos. The house is very spacious and a great location. We have rented the five bedroom beach houses at Bella Sirena and if you’re looking for something comparable, but not at a resort and less crowded- this is it. Would stay again!

Family getaway

We had a great time at this property!! So close to the beach. Beautiful views from the second story deck. Nice cool AC throughout the house. Fully stocked kitchen. We had 4 families and didn’t feel cramped. One of the best family trips in recent memory.

Beautiful home, even better than the pictures!

This is a perfect home for a large group wanting to get away to Sandy Beach. Two master bedrooms, two additional bedrooms with full bathrooms and a bunk room for the kids with their own bathroom meant everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The house was clean, close to the beach and Kathy was very accommodating and helpful even when I called her at 9pm when we were checking in. We will definitely be back!

She thought you were coming the next day (we added a day to your reservation) and she had everything done except to make the beds. Great location and space

House was spacious enough to comfortably house 3 families (6 adults and 8 kids!) Easy walk to the beach and kitchen was well equipped to cook dinners at home. Beach chairs were provided and were great to have at the beach. The beach was beautiful and clean, with very few rocks. The community pool was also close by and immaculate. We felt safe the entire time. There was a significant issue with the kitchen sink and dishwasher leaking sewage water, and it took a few days to fix. There was mold growing around the kitchen island and a terrible smell wafting from under the sink and wine fridge that should be fixed before new renters arrive.

Large home on beautiful Sandy Beach!

We had a great stay at this beautiful Costa Diamonte home. This home had many great qualities! Positives: 5 bed 5 bath-lots of space A/C splits in every room. Kept us very cool & comfortable. Hot showers Beautiful views 30 second walk to beach Close to Cholla Bay, Fish Market, bars Quiet for the most part The home met all our needs and was good overall. Could use improvement: Overall upkeep of this home Knobs falling off shower Drains in shower unsafe… twisted partially off Dining chairs falling apart Rusty gates/falling off Front of home in rough shape-no landscaping or upkeep Broken tiles The home just needs some TLC, especially being in this location and price category

Simply amazing

Can’t say enough about how beautiful this home was. Amazing location, beach right there, pool was refreshing to relax by. Only bad part of trip was finding out that we couldn’t have tinted windshields and were “politely” escorted to the police department. Not pleased we were “strongly encouraged” to pay their fines, then were told to leave Mexico - so we had to leave all over a tinted windshield (had to pay “fees” on all 4 vehicles and then told to leave Mexico). BUT the house was simple amazing and awesome neighborhood!! Wish we could have stayed longer as it was a dream ❤️

Disappointed

Amanda was very responsive and helpful. However, the problems just kept happening. This could be an amazing property but has problems and needs extensive repairs with plumbing, shower drains, blowing fuses, and doors that will not lock, BBQ grills and more. As bad as we wanted to love this place as it was described we did not.

No Spa and replaced with fire pit . Needs to be repainted and the owners must of stayed until the day we showed up as it smelled like gasoline from his jeep throughout the house. They should have the place opened up before arrival as it has the opportunity when you arrive to be very dark, once you open the windows it's great . Pool is great +++ Beach is great!!! TVs suck but you shouldn't watch it anyway. Internet is slow and that is good.

Bryce, Thank you for your review and input. When the house was purchased, it came with a spa that never worked correctly. The owners took it out a long time ago and spent several thousand dollars remodeling the back patio (including a new stainless steel BBQ, bar area, foot shower, fire pit and balcony on the second floor). The gasoline you smelled was due to a loose frame on the inside garage door and has since been fixed.

It is an amazing house, but!

House is not beach front, but a very very short walk to beach. It’s not friendly to climb up from beach fyi. There was no beach toys, old chairs, no beach towels. I was told to bring beach towels. Other vacation units for the price bring all the amenities. House was gorgeous but they need to update photos. We were expecting the huge dining table, and couch. We hired the private chef she recommended. It was mid food. Frozen fish not fresh or shrimp. Also cost me almost triple what she quoted me originally. Some beds were comfortable, others not so much. There is a secret in the house that is amazing. Stand in the kitchen and have somebody go to the upstairs before going in the bedroom. Speak in a whisper. You’ll hear everything like it’s somebody talking right next to you. The coolest thing in this house. Stand right by the kitchen sink. We had a great time but check out was not so fun. Do not use the bathroom to the right when you stay in the house. No plungers, and ruined many of our luggage. I’ve waited two months to leave this review for this reason. I was so mad. I just wanted to go home.
