One block from the beach, along a cobblestone walkway. Includes a community pool, heated spa, & 24 hour security. Walk to restaurants, bars and activities!

Nice shady Patio for grilling and out door fun.

Best community in the entire town. Very guarded and very upscale right in the middle of the prime tourist beach, Sandy Beach.

Car, taxi or walk. Everything is very close.

EV charger available in garage. Please bring your own adaptor. It is not provided.
