The villa itself was very nice, but the check-in process was confusing. We had to check in separately with a vacation rental management company who provided the wrong address befogging arriving at the property, which wasn't clearly communicated. Additionally, the A/C did not work very well during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed the villa, but clearer check-in instruction and better air conditioning would have improved the experience.

The house is amazing, very organized, super clean. The rooms are well decorated & very comfortable. The house came with a 2 car garage but the owner left his jeep inside so we couldn't use both garage parking spots. The kitchen & living room area have very little coverage from the sun, the blinds are super thin so that area of the house gets hot. The AC does not cool the house in the living room. The whole week we stayed, the living room area in the house was warm temperature instead of cool

This Villa exceeded our expectations! More beautiful than the pictures. It had everything we needed, kitchen fully stocked, extra towels, bedding, etc. We were close to the pools and beach. The hot tub was a plus and we enjoyed it nightly. Definitely would recommend this villa and the resort:)

This is a beautiful villa with a private patio surrounded by lush green lawn and gardens. There are several community swimming pools within steps of the patio and the sandy beach along the Sea of Cortez is just down the steps from the resort property. The pools range in temperature from very warm to cold. The private jacuzzi is nice but did need a little bit of cleaning and maintenance during our stay (which the owner quickly acknowledged would be tended to). There is an enclosed garage adjacent to the villa along with extra parking spaces outside of the villa. The villa and grounds were very secure. The resort staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The owner/host was easy to communicate with and promptly resolved the one minor issue we encountered (with the VRBO website). The villa is decorated very nicely and has a fully equipped kitchen. There are three bedrooms, two with private/king-sized bathrooms and one with a full bathroom just outside the room but also available for general use. We were five adult girlfriends sharing this villa for three nights in May. The weather was perfect and the large villa with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and four full-size or larger beds was perfect for sharing. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

We had a great visit to Bella Serena and Villa 7. Everything was just as pictured and very nice. The whole process from messaging before checking in and the property manager availability for questions made for a worry free relaxing time spent with family.
