Ground Floor Condo at Las Palomas, one of the 2 units in Phase 1 ground floor condo with 3 and a half Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and in the Rental Pool.

One of the Bedrooms is a separate locked in suite with its own full bathroom.

It features a king size bed in each bedroom and a bunk bed (twin over full) in the bunk room!

Located in Phase 1, Topaz Building this condo offers a great private patio and direct access to the pool and beach areas.

In addition to Topaz 108, we also own and rent other ground floors close by:
1 Bedroom: Diamante 106
2 bedroom: Topaz 105,
3 Bedrooms: Opalo 108, Opalo 107 and Diamante 108!

Have also ground floors in Phase 2:
1 Bedroom: Cabrillo 102, Coronado 102, Coronado 105, Cortez 102.
2 Bedrooms: Cabrillo 106, Cabrillo 104 and Cabrillo 103.

For higher floors we also have Cortez 903

Great amazing and location

One of our favorite stays at Las Palomas! Had every thing we needed and more. Comfortable beds, great views, amazing patio. It’s kind of tucked away in a corner, so easy access but felt private. We’ll be back!

Great place, perfect location

We had a large group stay in the condo and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space so we didn't feel too crowded and we could easily wall right to the pool. It had pretty much everything you could need, except a broom, but we called down to the front and they brought one. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and spacious

It's a 3 bedroom but there's a fantastic bonus bunkroom for kids (technically not a bedroom but it has a door). Big dining table and an expansive deck! Loved it!

Great location, needs work

This was a great 1st floor location however. Needs maintenance work, major cleaning and updating....the floors were filthy with sand and human hair in main living area and master bathroom upon arrival. A kitchen light bulb was out, master bedroom closet light bulb out. We had to call several times to get this taken care of. The front bedroom had no drapes to cover sliding glass doors, drapes found in closet and had to be rigged up because curtain rode hook was broken and not there. Bathroom shower handles extremely difficult to turn on and sliding glass doors very difficult to slide open and closed.

Mediocre unit

This is our 4th time to RP and our first and last in this unit. It was fine but our other stays have been WAY better than this unit. The AC in the main living space wasn’t working and after alerting the owner/manager, I was told that 78/79 “is within the parameters but to let them know if it goes up” this made for an extremely unpleasant stay as we couldn’t enjoy our down time in the living room. We had to go back into one of the bedrooms where the AC was working. The microwave didn’t work so we had to call and get that taken care of, and unfortunately during our stay there was a water issue in town so our water was off from 8pm-8am, 10am-5pm, giving us little snips of time to bathe the kids, make dinner etc. I remember reading that there was beach chairs/toys but I never found any. There is MINIMAL cooking supplies. The faucets in the showers need updating as well as the drainage. The draw to this unit is the size but in my opinion it’s not worth it.

This condo was super clean and super spacious. Great location on the first floor to be able to access pool amd beach faster. Huge balcony. Will definitely be our go to condo from now on and will be recommending for friends and family! Also Jaime was great!

Great location

Stayed here with the whole family, (7 adults and 1 baby) and being able to go down steps straight to the pool was fantastic. 4 great large patio chairs to watch the sunset! Inside family area was spacious and had plenty of comfy sofa seating for our large group which. Jaime was great at responding immediately to questions and concerns, which we really appreciated.I gave this a 4 star rating because there were a few minor things in the apartment that disappointed us compared to other Rocky Point VRBO's we have stayed in.We love to eat on the patio, but the outside dining table only had 3 chairs so we had to eat indoors (indoor hightop table was good tho). Most of the bedside table lamps were decorative only as they were nowhere near an outlet- extension cords to allow them to work would have been nice. Main patio door was SO stiff it took 2 people to open it - called maintenance and they managed to loosen it off a little. Fridge veg drawer was badly cracked so we couldn't use it for fear of it completely breaking. Really appreciated there being a washer and dryer, but no laundry detergent? Not a deal breaker but would have been helpful to have even a little bottle? No water pressure/hot water in some bathroom faucets on arrival so maintenance fixed that too.(I always think owners should stay a night in their own properties so they can see it from the renter's perspective) We really enjoyed our stay, but felt the property just needed a little bit of love and attention.

Beautiful Condo!

Beautiful and spacious condo. Very convenient that it was on the first floor because I was able to watch my teens kids from the balcony. Super clean! Also, Jaime was very prompt at responding to all my messages. We just booked to stay here next weekend!

Beautiful condo

This condo was perfect for our family. Everyone had a bed and everyone had room to spread out. We love staying on the bottom floor for the ease of access to everything. We would definitely stay here again.
