Stunning Luxury 2BR/2BA Condo at Bella Sirena - With Underground Parking Space!

If you’ve stayed at Bella Sirena, you have already been blessed to have stayed at the single most luxurious resort on Sandy Beach in Puerto Penasco. But if you haven’t stayed in our condo, you are going to be simply blown away. This is, without question, the best of the best! Please read on, you won’t be disappointed!

Bella Sirena has 5 buildings, this condo is located in the highly coveted C building, on the 5th floor. It is so heavily desired for its stunning, straight forward views of the Sea of Cortez and the entire property. Our gorgeous resort offers 5 separate swimming pools, two hot tubs, a fully furnished fitness center, pickle ball courts and a brilliant swim-up bar and grill aptly named SWIM. The restaurant also has seating out of the water and often has nice live entertainment. You really do not have to leave the resort once you arrive at Bella Sirena.

Before we purchased, we rented roughly 300 times in Rocky Point, so we knew what we wanted to ensure that we provided all of the little things that we thought you would appreciate. Here’s a brief rundown of our property:

• King bed in Master Bedroom (Sleeps 2)
• Two (2) Full sized beds in 2nd bedroom (Sleeps 4)
• Double reverse osmosis – Yes, you can drink the water and chew the ice!
• Build in wine fridge on kitchen island
• Keurig Coffee maker
• Traditional Coffee maker
• TV's in Master, Living Room, 2nd bedroom and kitchen
• Keyless Entry System
• Stocked kitchen including: Spices, crockpot, multiple electric griddles, stovetop/oven and more
• Washer and Dryer with supplies

Other amenities include: WIFI/High Speed Internet (Plus additional WIFI extender), Free calls to Mexico and US from condo with 602 area code, Free parking. But that is literally just the beginning. We haven’t skipped a thing in this condo!

The condo has a max occupancy of 6 people total. There are some exceptions with children 3 and under.

This is our second time staying at this wonderful condo at Bella Sirena, and will definitely be booking again! The condo is beautiful and well-appointed, but the best part is the owner, John. He is so helpful, responsive, and can answer any question about the area or resort, and does it so quickly. It's so nice to have a responsive contact when you are in another country. The resort is lush and the staff are helpful AND the pool bar makes a really great piña colada!

When we booked we thought we were getting a nice place to stay with a view but we were blown away with how great the rooms and views actually were. We had a wide unobstructed ocean view from a large balcony. Would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful modern beach rental

This Bella Sirena rental was beautiful, modern, clean, the master bedroom bed was comfy and it had an amazing view of the whole resort. The host John was extremely friendly and made sure to communicate anything that was needed to make sure everything went smoothly for our stay. Also highly recommend the shrimp tacos from the Swim Bar downstairs!

This was a great place to stay and great location. Place had everything for our trip even things to use at the beach. Only thing I would say is that the cleaning people did not vacuum the rug they had very well and there was food still in the rug (but that’s not anything to do with the host). The host was terrific and was available to message anytime. Would definitely stay again.

We had such a lovely time at this condo. The communication with our host before, during and after was so through and responsive. The condo had everything we needed, and the balcony is even better than imagined. The staff at the resort were so kind and helpful and we loved the food at the pool bar. Family of 6 had an absolutely amazing weekend of relaxing and making memories. John’s place was clean, roomy and had everything we needed.
