Good communication with the host. We had an inquiry about the water heater and it was resolved within a timely manner. The property was very clean.

One of the best units we have stayed in at Bella Sirena

This unit is fantastic! It is one of the back buildings but the views were still awesome. The unit was clean and well appointed. The only bummer things about the unit was the dishwasher didn't work, the kitchen sink handle was broken and the fridge didn't get very cold. All fixable things. Other than that it was great!

Glad you had a fantastic vacation. I do wish you would have let me know about the maintenance issues, regardless of how minor. My on-site team would have made a same day visit to address it.

Amazing property - Jr Penthouse

We had the luxury of staying in this beautiful 3bd/3bth penthouse. The size was perfect for our family and friends of 9. The place had a fun atmosphere and great views of the Bella Sirena property and the ocean. Food at SWIM restaurant is excellent and the pool was heated which was nice to have for a swim up bar. Love this place and have stayed many times from 2bd to 5bd villas. If you're looking for a comfortable, nicely decorated and furnished place to stay, please consider this penthouse. Cheryl was extremely helpful and available whenever needed. She provides excellent choices for food and shopping if you are not familiar with Rocky Point. Thank you Cheryl for all your help.
