Excellent for families with kids!

Great place for families with kids, the bunk room has plenty of sleeping space and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. Will definitely stay again

Everything was perfect. No complaints. The house was so clean and warming. I would extend our stay next time and use this house every time. Super close to one of the pools and close enough to walk down to the beach. All the appliances and AC worked great. Definitely staying at this property again.

Relaxing time with family and friends

We enjoyed Cathy's Villa greatly! We spend time with friends and family and will be back again! The kitchen was sooo well stocked, the house was clean and everything was wonderful!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be booking with Cathy again. Everything you could need for the beach was provided which is so helpful. Kitchen was fully stocked (suggest bringing your own spices - they had salt, pepper, and oregano). Property was beautiful and felt extremely safe. Steps from the beach!

We had an excellent time at the property. It was exactly what they posted online. Close to the beach, in excellent shape and it was worth every penny. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place in RP.

We absolutely loved Bella Sirena as our rocky point destination

Bella Sirena is one of the best properties that we have stayed at so far over the last 5 years. The villa itself was perfect for two families, 4 adults and 4 kids total. It was really nice that the villa came stacked with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. Kitchen had everything we needed as well. Great spot!

Great all around.

We have been vacationing at the Bella sirena for the last 5 years. We have stayed in different accommodations within this resort each time. This house is one of our favorites so far. Beautiful decor, great loacation, well stocked and great communication from the owners. We will definitely look to rent this one again.

Great family villa

Excellent location close to pool and beach but has plenty of privacy. Kitchen is well stocked. Great amount of space for 5 adults and 4 kids. Hot tub was a great addition. Only suggestion would be to have better communication for checkin/out process as well as some material in the room on the property and amenities. Overall would definitely stay again, we loved it!

The most amazing time!

This villa is situated perfectly within the resort. Close to the beach and the many pools the resort offers. Cathy was very easy to work with and made sure we felt right at home. The Villa was the perfect home for our fall break getaway. The villa is super close to the beach but set back behind some palm trees to give it a quiet feel. The view of the ocean from the rooftop table and lounges is unbeatable. A perfect place if you have to take some work calls while on vacation. Our two teen boys and the two teens of the family friends that traveled with us had plenty of room in the awesome bunk room. The well stocked house meant we could pack less and still have a perfect day at the beach. We will be back!
