The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No need to do any laundry.
Leave the two main areas air conditioners on and turn off the air conditioners in the bedrooms.
Remember to leave the garage door openers on the table by the foyer. No need to check out with the guards.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renters may not have visitors on property.
There is a separate apartment downstairs for owners personal use. It has its own entryway and all. Please refrain from using those exterior stairs.

LOVELY Vacation Home

My family of 7 enjoyed this beautiful home for three nights did not want to leave! The neighborhood is lovely and safe and the home was more than we bargained for. Maria was so easy to communicate with, she made us feel welcome from the start. We will absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Awesome Senior Framily Trip

The house is huge - perfect for a large framily vacation. It was decorated with a cute beachy theme and very clean. The location cannot be beat! It's right next to the pool with a short walk to the beach. The community is safe and monitored. We had an issue with a few items that were not stocked, but it was quickly resolved with a text to the property manager. She was very responsive and wanted to make things right. We will def stay here again!!

Amazing home a block from the beach

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home for a long weekend with a group of friends. We were all super impressed with how nice this house was for the price that we paid. We loved how spacious this home was, how close it was to a nice sandy beach, the activities (ping pong table and corn hole) available at the house and the spectacular kitchen to cook some of our meals in. I would definitely stay at this home again!!

Great House Great Stay

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well stocked. No issues and the host was responsive whenever we had a question. The only suggestion we would have is to get better mattresses for the bunk rooms. We had mostly adults and the mattresses in those rooms were a bit hard. The two king size mattresses were fine. Other than that we had a great stay and a wonderful time.

Spring Break 2021

The home was furnished very nice. I only wished that it was more equipt with cleaning supplies, sharp knifes and utensiles. The bbq did not get hot enough to cook hamburgers. We basically had to eat out every night. The master bedroom's bed upstairs is very comfortable. My kids had a nice vacation.

Family getaway

Beautiful property, perfect for the entire family. Close to the pool and nice little walk to the beach. Very nice community, pleasant people around, front gate security very helpful. We had a feeling of being secured by seeing security walking around the property at all hours of the day and night. Our stay was very pleasant and the owners are very nice! Thank you for sharing your home with our family! We will definitely be back again. If I could make suggestion, sponge to wash dishes and make sure WiFi is working. Didn't mind so much because it allowed the family to disconnect and be present!! But we did want to wind down and watch a movie for the kids.

GREAT LOCATION, SETUP, SPACEY & COMFY!

The house is in a great location, close to the beach with easy access, right across from the pool & jacuzzi. (nicely heated) Checking in was easy & fast. Parking is easy, with ample room for 3 normal vehicles. The house is nicely setup with enough room for 12 people (2 rooms have bunks, 1w/a trundle!) The mattresses in "smaller bunk room" we had the kids (age 11 & 12) complain they were not comfy & felt like they "sunk" in the middle. The rest of the rooms the beds were comfy. Outside patio has a nice table to eat meals at & enjoy the weather, the master patio also has wicker set but cushions are badly sun weathered & falling apart we were afraid to move them & damage even more. All else is nicely setup with kitchenware, utensils, pots, pans some mixing bowls etc. Gas stove is lovely & AC/Heat units in all the rooms to its great to be able to control separately! Shampoo, conditioner & body washes in all the showers! Grill outside is nice & had propane, kids loved the ping pong in garage for the time we stayed since it was a bit chilly outside! Overall a nice house with a convenient, secure location.

The BEST stay in Peñasco 2023

We have been traveling to Peñasco for the past 10 years. This has been by far our best Spring Break. The pictures of the home do not do it justice. We arrived and everything was ready as we expected. The rooms and bathrooms were large. The beds were very comfortable. The sliding doors opened up all the way and extended the living space. We had them open all day! The walking distance to the beach was 3 minutes and the pool/spa was right outside our door. The whole property felt like a bedroom community and it was nice and quiet like we like it so we can hear the ocean waves. Our dog Ocean enjoyed his morning walks. There are many restaurants to choose from and they are very close. The grocery stores are also close and have everything you need to cook a nice family dinner. The Aguilera's are great hosts and super communicative. We hope their home is available next year when we plan our vacation.

Beautiful Modern House

This house is a short walk to the beach and right next to the pool and hot tub area. The house was very new. Smelled like it had just been painted. It was very nice and I would definitely rent it again, but we have some recommendations…mattresses on the bunk beds are poor quality. You can feel the springs in them. I’m sure they are fine for toddlers, but my teenagers complained. The front door is not operable for guests. This would normally not be a problem, but they were re-doing the community path behind the house which made it a little awkward to exit through the back each time. I would recommend some plastic cups/plates for the kitchen. The upstairs has some dangerous patios. They have signs warning not to enter but a curious child could easily access them if no adults are around. It was a wonderful visit to Rocky Point at this house. The neighborhood is fantastic and feels very safe.

Jewel of a Stay

This is a first class house, with a terrific layout, great space, and high end modern furnishings. Our 3 generation family of 6 spent a week at the Aguilera vacation home, and everyone agreed we will be back. The deck is fantastic. We spent every evening enjoying adult beverages and playing games on the deck. There is also a deck on the upper floor with a fantastic view of the Sea of Cortez. The house is close to the pool in the Costa Diamante complex and a very short walk to Sandy Beach. The kitchen has a stainless steel french door refrigerator and a Wolf gas range. The house also has a propane grill, so there were multiple options for cooking meals on the nights when we didn't eat at one of the local restaurants. The Super Lay and Sam'sClub grocery stores were a short drive away. The washer and dryer were a plus (for stays more than 3 nights). The house provides beach towels. And there's a ping pong table in the garage. Definite 5 star rating.

Nice modern house

I stayed at this House for the weekend to celebrate my fiancé‘s birthday and it was nice as shown in the pictures. The house is very modern and liked the fact that is was really close to the pool and less then 10 minute walk to the beach. There were a couple of minor things with the house to look for as to upon our arrival the back sliding door handle was broken, we had a issue with the refrigerator not really keeping some food cold so it spoiled some of our food. A toaster that was broken, a knob on the stove was broken and just the outside spout to rinse off sand came off when you would turn the water on with more pressure. Just inspect the house when you arrive so you can address the renter asap. As for the renter they acknowledge the issues and fixed any issues which was nice. Overall the stay was great with the pool and ocean being so close was very convenient for our family and accommodated our needs.

Perfect for a family trip

This was the perfect house for a getaway. My husband and I brought our kiddos along with our parents. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back. The house is modern and cozy. The location is great as it's right in front of the community pool and basketball hoop (which my son was very happy about). We were able to walk to the beach from the house. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
