CASA ZILLORI is a beautifully renovated and expanded beachfront home located in the exclusive Las Conchas community of Puerto Peñasco. This designer-inspired retreat offers comfort, privacy, and unbeatable ocean views, making it the perfect setting for your beach getaway.

BEDROOMS: The home features four private bedroom suites, each offering cozy, well-appointed accommodations. Ideal for families or groups, each suite allows for personal space and restful nights by the sea.

INDOOR FEATURES: The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a wood-burning fireplace, Wi-Fi, DirectTV, and both U.S. and Mexican landlines. There are two full-size washers and dryers available for guest use. The design is warm and inviting, with an open layout that encourages gathering and relaxation.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances and granite countertops, ideal for preparing meals at home. It's designed for both functionality and style.

ENTRANCE: Guests are welcomed through an enclosed courtyard with a fountain, outdoor cooking space, and a large bougainvillea tree that adds charm and color to your arrival.

OUTDOOR SPACES: The ocean-facing patio includes a whirlpool tub, a charcoal grill, and a wood-burning fire pit—guests should bring their own charcoal and firewood, both of which can be purchased locally. The patio also features a dining table and lounge chairs. It’s the perfect space for dining, relaxing, or enjoying sunsets and star-filled skies. The home is located directly on the beach, so the Sea of Cortez is just steps away.

AMENITIES: The home provides kayaks and life jackets for your use. Drinking water is provided. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee per pet. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided.

For over 20 years, we’ve cherished the magic of Puerto Peñasco—from the mesmerizing sunsets to the warmth of the community. Over time, we couldn’t ignore the heartbreaking condition of many street dogs facing illness, hunger, and neglect. On several occasions, we brought abandoned, sick, and starving dogs back to the U.S. to be rehabilitated and placed in loving forever homes. Years ago, we met an extraordinary woman named Barb Mumbach, the founder of Barb’s Dog Rescue, located just north of town. Barb dedicated her life to rescuing, healing, and rehoming thousands of dogs, offering food, shelter, medical care, and love. Though Barb has since passed, her legacy lives on through the continued work of her rescue, which remains active and vital to this community. In honor of Barb and her mission, we have pledged 100% of Casa Zillori’s rental revenue to support Barb’s Dog Rescue. Your stay directly helps provide care and hope to animals in need. If you have time during your visit, we invite you to stop by the rescue — and if your heart leads you, consider making a contribution or adopting a furry friend in need of a home. To the world, Barb was a dog rescuer. To each of these dogs, she was their world.
