Boujee Beach - Gated Beach Access - Pool - Pet Friendly

Experience peace and tranquility at the Boujee Beach in the safe, gated neighborhood of Barrier Dunes. This light and airy 3-floor townhome is mere steps to private beach access offering beach days, fishing, bonfires and unforgettable sunsets. Swim in the Gulf-front pool or 2nd heated pool. Home features a fully stocked kitchen, wood floors throughout (no carpet!), and 3 balconies: 2 overlooking the turtle filled pond with fountains and one with sunrise St. Joe Bay views. Pet friendly.

Guests will be required to sign a renter agreement to finalize booking. A security deposit of $300 will be collected in the form of a hold on the credit card used for payment.

Fantastic vacation

Fantastic vacation in a well situated two bedroom townhouse. Clean, cosy, all amenities provided. Minutes to the beach which even in January is a paradise for long walks.

A Cautionary Tale: Avoid if Possible

I have never left a bad review, but we had a disappointing experience at this vacation rental. Unfortunately, we found ourselves caught in an ongoing dispute between the property owners and the owners in the unit next door, which escalated to the point of involving the police. This created an incredibly uncomfortable atmosphere during our stay.Instead of enjoying our time at the property, we were left feeling stressed and anxious due to the ongoing conflict. The situation overshadowed what should have been a relaxing getaway. I wouldn’t recommend this rental if you're looking for a peaceful experience, as we certainly did not get that.

Fall Break Trip

We enjoyed our time at Boujee Beach despite the trip being cut short due to the hurricane. The condo is in a great location and was perfect for our family! Great access to beach items and a quick walk to the beach. Pearl was easy to work with and communicative during the process.

Fun Family Getaway

Property was clean and well stocked. The location is very close to playground and one of the pools. The beach and the clubhouse pool is a short 5 min walk. Especially loved the well stocked beach gear, bikes, and kitchen.

Great Family and Pet Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay here. We loved the short walk to the beach and the fact that we could take our dogs on the beach, as well. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets, bike riding, a fire on the beach, and the gorgeous white sand private beach that felt very secluded. The free bikes were a nice bonus, but we were fortunate to have our own tools on us because there were many things that needed fixing/ maintenance before we could safely ride them. However, the main host, Pearlita, was very attentive to us and our questions. The location was great - a 5 minute walk through the neighborhood to the beach and right near St. Joseph Park/peninsula so that we could even ride bikes there. We would definitely come again!

Perfect for a family getaway

Very nice condo and they had all the necessities we needed. It is an end until which is very nice. They have bicycles you can use and all beach equipment you need. We really enjoyed it very clean and they were super responsive answering any questions we had.

Very nice condo

This condo was in great condition and was very well stocked with items needed in the kitchen and for the beach. The owners were very responsive during our stay. This was our first trip to Cape San Blas but we will definitely return.

Perfect family vacation rental

I love the community where this townhome is located - friendly and quiet! Very easy access to the beach(a short walk) - with a choice of steps or a ramp onto the sand. The home is tastefully decorated and clean. The beds are so comfy, too! My family truly enjoyed the area and nearby restaurants! Communication with hosts was a breeze! We plan to come back again!

Great vacation rental

This property is in a great location, super clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. It was so nice not having to bring our own beach gear since it was provided by the owners. They even had bowls & towels for our dog. Pearl was very easy to communicate with and even called to check on us after a bad storm. We had to cut our visit short due to an unexpected emergency at home, but we would definitely stay here again.

Quick Trip for the 4th

Never been to Cape San Blas, but these folks know how to party and do fireworks on the 4th of July. Condo was as advertised across the board. Phenominal comms before, during, and after our stay. Easy walk to the beach, and the community pools were clean and also enjoyable to use. The beaches were crystal white sand, and there were basically no waves...but a nice breeze...perfect for little ones, of which, there were many. Despite short trip, good value for location and time of the year. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beach that's still a bit un-discovered.

This is a lovely property, well appointed (everything you need to have a splendid retreat, and more!). The location is perfect, and a convenient way to enjoy the Cape. Travis and Pearlita were very responsive and attentive to any issue we may have had. We'll be back!

Excellent Property Minutes from the Beach!

The online listing was very accurate in terms of amenities, proximity to the beach, etc. We very much enjoyed having the kayaks available as well as numerous beach chairs! The beach is just a few paces away from the front door--and when you're all beached out, the pool is in excellent condition--again, a few feet from the house too! Well-stocked kitchen and an awesome, four-burner grill available as well! Bedrooms were very comfy, WiFi was excellent. All around, very happy with this property and our little beach getaway!

Boujee Beach lives up to the name!

We had a great time! The house was perfect, it was very clean when we arrived, the towels were fluffy, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts are very communicative and made sure that we were able to check in and had anything we might need. The beach was beautiful. So many amenities were provided that we couldn’t even take advantage of all of them but the ones we did use were fantastic. My daughters loved borrowing the boogie boards for example. We very much enjoyed the area and plan to return in the future. If we were able to rent this property it would be our first choice.

Great Babymoon Location!

My husband and I wanted to stay somewhere calm and relaxing for our last little getaway just the two of us before baby, and this was definitely the ticket! The condo/neighborhood/beach/island was very quiet and calm and really helped us decompress a lot faster that previous trips at busier beaches. We loved our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The beach chairs and cart were great to be able to use. Both pools in the neighborhood were easily accessible and spotless clean. Even the bathrooms by the pools/beach were clean! All communication from the hosts was efficient and quick. I think we only had a couple questions (nothing was wrong) and she got back to us immediately! Would definitely recommend staying here!
