Dülmen is located in the heart of the Münsterland between Münster and the Ruhr area. The city is a paradise for cyclists and nature lovers. In the vicinity you will find a wild horse ride, various animal and leisure parks, as well as some interesting old castles and palaces.
In the leisure pool DÜP or Joy`n Us you can do sports or just relax.

Due to the fact that the apartment is located in the basement, the view is not always the most beautiful, but it compensates for the terrace in our beautiful garden. Here you can watch and hear many wild birds as we feed them all year round. The room temperature in the apartment is in winter and especially in the summer simply said, very pleasant.

Our property is directly adjacent to a large forest area and is located in a very quiet traffic-calmed residential area.
