"Alte Mühle" vacation home - rustic, historic and very special
“Alte Mühle” is a lovingly restored former watermill – over 100 years old and built from traditional Baumberger sandstone and timber framing. While the old mill wheel has long been retired, the soft murmur of the underground brook can still occasionally be heard.
Spread over three floors, the house offers a cozy bathroom with shower and a small kitchen with dining area on the ground floor, opening onto a sunny garden terrace. On the middle floor, a charming living room with antique furniture, a TV, and a wide sofa bed invites you to relax. The top floor features two single beds and ample storage.
A peaceful retreat full of character – perfect for those seeking nature, simplicity, and a touch of history.

Schöne Radlerwoche auf dem Sandsteinhof in Havixbeck
Der Urlaub auf dem Sandsteinhof war sehr schön. Nette Gastgeber, wunderschöne Mühle als FeWo, klasse als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren. Das Ganze gerahmt von Hühnern, Ziegen, Schafen und Schweinen.

Stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung auf 3 kleinen Etagen in einer alten Mühle. Aufgepasst! : steile Treppen.
1 Punkt Abzug bei Sauberkeit da sich in der Kaffeemaschine noch eine uralte benutzte Filtertüte mit Kaffeepulver befand.
Sehr schöne Terrasse mit Blick in einen „alten“ Bauerngarten, weiter Blick über die Münsterländische Parklandschaft

Ruhe im Grünen
Das Mühlenhäuschen ist sehr schön, genauso kuschelig und süß, wie ich mir das gewünscht habe. Rundherum ist es grün und ruhig, die Natur lädt zu Spaziergängen ein. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, man hat aber, wenn man möchte, komplett seine Privatsphäre. Ich werde bestimmt noch mal wiederkommen!
