The house is detached and in the second row as a rear building in a quiet area. The city center of the cultural metropolis of the island (Westerland) is only a few minutes away.

For apartments 3 and 4 there is a garden area with a lawn and a beach chair behind the house. Of course there are 3 and 4 parking spaces available for the apartments.

All apartments in the house are completely renovated and newly furnished. All rooms are equipped with granite natural stone floors.

The apartment is on the 1st OG. and is very quiet. Lawn in the garden is available for relaxation. Garden furniture and a beach chair is also available. A fixed parking space is reserved for your car on your own property.
