This is a shared space. This listing is for 1 nice-size bedroom with a queen bed, shared full bath, kitchenette and sitting area, in a shared living space. 4 Bedrooms available. Long term reservations preferred. Discounts available for multiple rooms. You can also rent the entire space, besides for an office on the first floor.

Comfortable, fully furnished rooms available on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a newly renovated building built in 1901. Full kitchen and laundry available on the main floor. It is located in Pikesville, a safe, quiet community. Down the block from a main road with restaurants and shops. Plenty of parking and near bus lines. Please note, there is no Television, but there is free Wifi so feel free to bring your laptop or tablet.

Upon booking the property, we require you to upload your driver's license or government ID. Please also respond with the names of the people you will be traveling with. As there are others using this home, we want to ensure everyone stays safe.
