Welcome to our charming 4-bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home nestled in the picturesque Highview area of Louisville, Kentucky! With its spacious layout, modern amenities, and entertainment options, this is the perfect destination for families, friends, and groups looking to experience the best of the Derby City.

Bedrooms:
Three of the four bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor, each featuring comfortable queen-sized beds and their own Smart TVs for your entertainment. One of these bedrooms even boasts an ensuite half bath for added privacy and convenience. The remaining full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located just down the hallway, ensuring everyone has easy access.

Living Spaces:
The first floor also encompasses a welcoming living room, a stylish dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet meal or simply unwinding with your loved ones, these spaces provide the ideal backdrop for relaxation and quality time together.

We booked a small stay at this home and were very surprised at how clean and accurate to the pictures listed. The host was very pleasant in what he want from us and sent small reminders throughout the trip to make sure we were doing okay. Compared to a stay in a different home in a different location unrelated to this host we loved how soft the beds were. I’ve never had my middle child take two naps in one day lol.

What an incredible place to stay! My family convened from three locations to stay in town for an event. The home was centrally located to an event location we needed access to on the Kentucky side and the Indiana side. The home had plenty of room for 4 family units, some with children, so sleep and stay comfortably for the weekend. The home was clean, well furnished, and modern. The host was easy to contact and had flexible options for early and late check in/out. The kitchen was well equip and had extra stools to allow for more to gather around the table. The backyard is spacious and has outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunshine. Driveway parking is not a problem and the single family neighborhood is quiet and safe. When the Louisville area calls our name again, we will return to BOURBON TRAIL & BEYOND property!

We went for a bourbon Trail experience being so close to Louisville was perfect. Nice backyard good room for five guys. I would stay here again.

Welcome to the Bourbon & Beyond house! My grandparents had this house built back in the 1960's and now I get to share it with you. This house was remodeled about 3 years ago. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms with queen beds. One bedroom has a 1/2 bath ensuite. There's also a full bath, fully stocked kitchen with 2 ovens, dinning area, and living room. In the basement you will find a bedroom with a king bed, laundry area, game room, and a queen air mattress.

You have access to the whole house except a locked closet in the full bath and a utility room in the basement.
