This home was exactly as advertised & then some! From the moment I opened the door until it was time to leave, I felt completely at home! Super clean, smelled nice, fan in each room which was huge for my crew. The game room should get it's own rating & review honestly! This spot is a must if you are entertaining pre-teens/teens!!! Hard for them to give it up.Well equipped for nearly any situation. Loved it!!!

Great house filled with all the essential amenities and a few extra we didn't expect.Shower pressure was fantastic. Plenty of space for 3 cars in the driveway. Backyard is nicer than the pictures. There is a rooster next door., we slept through him but was surprised by his crow at first. Only thing was the basement is not finished between the basement steps and the bedroom. Not an issue at all, unless the open steps are a fear....which only one person in our group suffered from. Would absolutely consider staying there again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. It is in a safe, well maintained neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to take morning walks. We will be back!

This property served six guys very well. We went to churchill downs and the bourbon trail. The property is on the right side of town if you are going to the distilleries. The host was very responsive. The amenities were great as well. A very, very nice touch was the coffee available. The dining room table and the living room accommodated six of us very well. The recommendations for the hitching post and derby city pizza were very good. Stop by Cheers for your beer and liquor selections. Great bourbon selection. Thank you Fredie.
