About this property

New DG apartment with balcony, 5 'from the lake, 1 bedroom + sofa bed, 45sqm

Our newly renovated DG apartment in modern style in 2018 offers a cozy, quiet retreat with a covered balcony and mountain view on 45sqm. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a Nespresso machine with milk frother, a microwave, a dishwasher and much more. We are happy to provide a cot and high chair on request, as we have 2 small children.

From the corridor you can reach the bathroom on the right and a separate cloakroom on the left. Straight ahead you will find the bedroom with a 1. 80m wide box spring bed. Further down the hall you come to the living and dining room with an open, spacious kitchen. Flooded with light through the large window front from the covered balcony, you can really feel comfortable here. In the living room you can also pull out the couch to the sofa bed. In summer there is a rattan seating group on the balcony with space for 4 people.


Bicycles brought can be parked in the shared bike room. Our washing machine is located in the shared laundry room on the ground floor.

If the apartment is not booked immediately before or after, we can also arrange the arrival and departure flexibly.

There is no additional cleaning fee!
THE ADMINISTRATIVE FEE IS THE TOURIST TAX that we have to pay to the city of Langenargen. For this each guest receives a "Echt Bodensee" card with which you can get discounts at numerous leisure facilities. Public transport in the BODO area can also be used free of charge with the card.

Our apartment is just a few minutes' walk from everything you need. Within 5 minutes you can find a supermarket, butcher and several bakeries. Lake Constance with the waterfront and harbor can be reached in just a few minutes' walk in 500m. A large playground right on the lake is only 650m away. Numerous wonderful restaurants complete the offer in Langenargen. The train station can also be reached quickly.

A underground parking space is included. Some of the other cars can be parked on the street with and without a fee. The train station and boat dock of the Bodensee Schifffahrtsbetriebe can also be reached in a few minutes.

Eine wundervoll, mit allen nötigen Dingen eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. See, Bahnhof, Stadtzentrum und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr freundlich! Wir würden jederzeit hier wieder buchen!

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet – es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert, und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war durchweg freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft war absolut zutreffend, es gab keine Überraschungen. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gut hat uns auch die Lage gefallen: ideal, um Langenargen und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre die Anbringung von verdunkelbaren Fenstervorhängen im Wohnzimmer. Bei vier Personen schlafen zwei auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Die Jalousien schließen nicht ausreichend, um es abzudunkeln. Außerdem waren die Betten für drei Personen bezogen, obwohl wir für vier Personen gebucht hatten.

Süße Wohnung mit Seenähe

Wir waren zu Dritt in der Ferienwohnung, also mir Aufbettung (Sofa).Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz für eine 4köpfige Familie. Es ist alles da was man braucht. In max. 5min ist man zum See gelaufen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ebenfalls über kurze Wege zu erreichen. Also sehr zentrale Lage und damit verbunden ein super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!Die Vemieter waren setzt erreichbar bei Fragen.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Ich habe mich sehr wohl in der Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden. Man kann hier zur Ruhe kommen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Ein Supermarkt, ein Bäcker und natürlich der See sind in der Nähe.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist angemessen ausgestattet. Sie liegt 2Min. zum Bahnhof und auch nur 5Min. zum Hafen. Durch die Bodenseekarte kann man kostenlos Busse und Bahn fahren, sehr angenehm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka und Bäcker) gleich um die Ecke. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und haben eine sehr schöne Woche dort verlebt.

Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise alles perfekt. Die Fewo ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 5 min erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super! Vielen Dank.

Schöne Wohnung im schönen Langenargen

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage perfekt. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Zum See nur 5 Gehminuten. Mit Bahn und Schiff haben wir tolle Ausflüge gemacht. Auch Langenargen hat uns gut gefallen. Vermieter sehr nett. Es hat alles super geklappt.

Schöne, vollständig ausgestattete Wohnung über Langenargen

Wir waren nach 4 Jahren wieder in dieser Wohnung und fühlten uns wieder gut aufgehoben. Die einmalig zentrale, aber ruhige Lage und komplette Ausstattung der Wohnung mit Tiefgarage und die herzliche Kommunikation mit den Vermietern haben uns den Urlaub verschönert. Herzlichen Dank an Familie Kaser!

Super Lage, tolle Vermieter

Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss mit Aufzug, es ist alles vorhanden. Wir hatten ein paar Probleme mit der Toilette, was sofort behoben wurde und der Vermieter sogar von sich einen Nachlass gegeben hat. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
