About this property

This centrally located 1-bedroom flat (but equipped with a sofa bed, so it can accommodate up to 4 persons) is situated in the port of Dènia and only 500 m from the kilometric fine sandy beach. The flat belongs to a nice community with 3 large communal swimming pools. It is situated on the fourth floor and has a lift to the parking and the pool area. The flat itself has a living/dining room with a separate room with a sofa bed. You will be able to cook in the fully equipped kitchen. There is 1 bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bath/shower and another one with shower only. The flat has central air conditioning hot/cold. You can enjoy breakfast on the beautiful terrace, a space with table and chairs and views of the picturesque castle of Dènia. There is a parking space reserved for your car in the community.

All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh.
On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and the same.
Internet is available free of charge.
We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.

Very convenient and well equipped apartment

The apartment is very well equipped and conveniently situated with ready access to the town centre via the Castle tunnel. An excellent supermarket is just one block away. Free parking is available on the ground floor plus three pools and grassed area.
