Very nice spacious holiday home with AC and internet less than 600m from the golden sandy beach Les Marines. The property is located in a calm area making it a perfect vacation escape for families and couples. If you would like to enjoy the pulse of Denia marina or down town, it's just en easy 1,6 km walk. (if the distance is a challange it can be good to have a car)
The closest restaurant is just 200m and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner (and have wifi). Supermarket and even more restaurants are conveniently located only 400m from the entrance.
ABOUT THE PROPERTY
This light and spacious 2-bedroom Townhouse, is located on a quiet and tranquil urbanization with gardens, communal pool and off-street parking. You are approx 600 metres from Dénia’s sandy beaches – these beaches regularly receive the European Union Blue Flag for being some of the best and cleanest beaches in Europe.
On the ground floor you find the kitchen which is fully equipted. Next to the kitchen you will have the first bathroom with shower and toilet. In the living room there is a warm/cold Airconditioner, fully equipted and very comfortable with a sofa and extra chairs. Flatscreen TV which you can cast your own choises of channels through WiFi and a dining table for up to 5 people. With the sliding glass doors you open up to the patio and private garden area. There is a gate out to the Communidad garden and pool area.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a warm/cold Air Conditioners and a bathroom;
(1) The first bedroom has a double bed and a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a wardrobe, from this bedroom you can walk out to balcony terrance with a fantastic view towards the very nice garden and pool area.
(2) The second bedroom has two single beds and a built in wardrobe from this bedroom you can walk out to a balcony terrance with a wonderful view towards the mountain Montgo.
The bathroom is fully equipped with toilet, sink and a bath.
Additionally and if necessary, there is also an extra foldable bed.
If you want to explore the area and the region which we definitely recommend, you can do it most easily by renting a car during your stay (recommend you do it already at the airport), please note that street parking is available for parking on the streets outside the community. You can park your car in front of our house inside the community.
Please be informed that due to new Spanish legislation all guests will be requested to provide, through email or by normal post, a scanned copy of their passports, preferably done upon booking but absolutely latest two weeks prior arrival. It shall be noted, if not provided it will result in our inability to provide the keys to the house (e.g. grant you access).
Notes on prices:
Rental of linen as well as kitchen, hand & shower towels (1 set per person and stay) are included in the price.
The damage/security deposit of 1000€ and can only be charged after your departure when it has been ensured that you left the property in a good and clean condition and nothing in the house have been altered/damaged or missing. (Note! deposit will not be charged in advance).
Payment schedule:
Initial deposit: 50% of the total cost to be paid upon booking. Remaning balance is due 8 weeks prior arrival to the house. (Special conditions during Covid 19)
Changeover Day:
Changeover days are Saturdays. If you have any other request please don´t hesitate to ask us as we will try to accommodate any request.
