Beautiful and charming ground floor apartment with a large furnished terrace with awnings, with direct access to the pool. It has a living room with Led TV, satellite dish to watch international channels, DVD, 2 bedrooms (one of them with two single beds and the other with a 150cm bed), and 2 complete bathrooms (one of them in the main room). Separate kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, dishes / cutlery and utensils / kitchen. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning through hot and cold conduits, Wifi included in the rentals from June to September, bars on all the windows. Fully equipped terrace with awnings, table and chairs. Huge pool for adults and children's pool with large garden, super nice. Garage space within the urbanization. No more than 4 people, no pets. The apartment is very quiet, it has no traffic noise from the Marinas highway.
