Living room with sofa bed and dining room overlooking a terrace of 15m ² equipped with blinds with sea view, overlooking the pool and a garden with olive trees, palm trees and bougainvillea. Large fully equipped kitchen with laundry room overlooking another small terrace. Ceiling fan in the bedrooms and in the living room. Underground parking. Collective pool and 1st line of beach.

Bien pero...

El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos. Está al lado de la playa, pero no tiene Internet ni aire acondicionado a pesar de que lo señala como equipamiento básico. El apartamento es fresco pero en los días de calor en los que no corre aire hace calor. Internet tampoco tiene, si quieres trabajar lo tienes que hacer tirando de tus datos. Estos dos puntos para mi fueron una gran decepción ya que cuando filtro mi búsqueda de alojamiento para mi son imprescindibles. Si eso te da igual, por lo demás está bien.

El apartamento estaba tal cual aparece en el anuncio (mobiliario nuevo, cómodo y limpio) . Lo más destacable además de interior del apartamento : proximidad a la playa, accesibilidad a la hora de contactar con el dueño, ningún problema tanto en la entrega de llaves, como a la hora de la devolución de la fianza y plaza de garaje amplia. El apartamento es 100% recomendable
