Exclusive luxury air-conditioned apartment of a new apartment complex, just across the road from a sandy beach and the Marine Club in Denia (Alicante). It comprises a big terrace, 3 double bedrooms (one with en suite bath / shower), 2 luxury bathroom and a full kitchen equipied. The complex has a beautiful swimming-pool and a garden, as well as a playground for little children. 2009.
There también está a garage available at the basement of the building.

Ha sido un auténtico placer estar alojada en casa de Blanca y Jose Ignacio. El trato ha sido exquisito y no hemos tenido ningún problema Tanto el alojamiento como la ubicación son estupendos para pasar unas vacaciones en la playa. Les estamos muy agradecidos.

Estancia muy agradable

El alojamiento está muy bien: habitaciones, baños, zona de estar, cocina (pequeñita, per completa). La terraza es magnífica. Hemos ido seis adultos y hemos estado fenomenal. La zona es buena, con servicios suficientes. La playa está a lado y, aunque suele tener algas, el sol se toma estupendamente. El pueblo está muy cerca, unos 10 minutos caminando por una vía segura. Volvería a confiar en Blanca para una escapada.

Spacious clean apartment In good location

This apartment was exactly as advertised. Lovely walking and restaurants on the doorstep. Everything needed for a comfortable extended stay in winter and would be glorious in summer with the beautifully kept gardens and swimming pool. Blanca has excellent English and was very helpful and considerate when needed.

A spacious, clean, well equipped apartment .

We enjoyed a 6 week stay in Blanca’s apartment which is very close to a lovely promenade and harbour. Supermarkets and good restaurants were only a few minutes walk away, as was the lovely town of Denia. Blanca was very helpful and prompt in dealing with any problems

Apartamento amplio y cómodo.

Hemos pasado unas buenas vacaciones con la familia.La amplitud del apartamento y especialmente del salón, y tener 2 baños nos permitió estar cómodos a todos (eramos 5 adultos y 1 bebé ).Blanca se preocupo de lo que nos hiciera falta y agradecimos que la casa , a pesar de la buena temperatura de Denia, estuviera calentita con los radiadores. La ubicación y la urbanización eran buenas , aunque esta última no pudimos disfrutarla mucho por la época del año (diciembre-enero). Esperamos repetir.

pleasant days in a nice apartment

We had some plaesant days in this spacious and bright apartment. Two minutes from the coast, fot a beautiful walk along the sea or on the pier. There you can also find bars and restaurants. We had no car but made use of public transport for our excursions, which was perfect.

Pasamos 10 días en este bonito piso, es tal como lo muestran las fotos, todo nuevo, muy cómodo, una amplia terraza donde desayunar y pasar unas veladas muy agradables. La ubicación es muy buena, 15 minutos aproximadamente del centro, una playa de arena a unos 300 mts. Y se puede llegar andando a la playa de las rotas (unos 15 minutos) Las áreas comunes muy bonitas y limpias, todo muy cuidado. Excelente trato.
