The house was stocked so well with items we hadn't even thought about. The grocery store was very close which helped as well. The back patio was really nice and was well equipped with tables, chairs, lounge chairs and cooking area. We spent every evening on the patio, playing cards with the family and watching for manatee and dolphins. One evening a manatee came up right at the edge of the dock and we were able to watch it closely with our grandchildren. We did have to move some of the lower glass breakables to higher locations so be on notice that if you have small children to plan to move some of the glass items to protect them. The beds were very comfortable. We have stayed at a lot of these rental homes and the mattresses have for the most part been lacking but every bed in the house was of a very good quality and very comfortable. If you have a boat and you want to be in the best area for the bay and the islands, this is a very good location. You can even fish off of the dock as my grandson caught and released several nice sized fish.
