Exclusive holiday home in the Rhön with forest, vacation with dog and family

The house Eulennest is an idyllic detached holiday home right by the forest in the immediate vicinity of the climatic health resort of Hilders. Surrounded by unspoilt trees at an altitude of 600m, the house in an absolutely quiet location offers ideal conditions for a relaxing and relaxing stay in the Rhön Biosphere Reserve.

The house offers u. a. 75 sqm living space, living room with sofa bed and tiled stove (firewood available!), 2x toilet and shower, washing machine, satellite TV, CD / DVD player, game console, modern infrared radiators, fully equipped kitchen, grill, further features see 'Equipment'.

You are welcome to bring a dog (other dogs on request).

The place Hilders with many leisure activities (e.g. Ulsterwelle swimming pool with sauna), shops and restaurants are around 1.5 km away and 5 minutes away. can be reached by car (on foot in about 15 minutes)

The view from the terrace of Wasserkuppe and Milseburg invites you to explore the Rhön on foot, by bike or by car:

Nature lovers get their money's worth all year round due to the breathtaking landscape and diverse flora and fauna. Countless hiking and cycling trails offer all possibilities. There are also numerous downhill and cross-country ski runs available in winter.

The popular excursion destinations Wasserkuppe and Milseburg can be reached by car in about 20 minutes.
At 950m, the Wasserkuppe is the highest mountain in Hesse and offers a wide range of leisure activities for the whole family (skiing, gliding and paragliding, summer toboggan run, climbing forest, etc.).
The Milseburg with its breathtaking view is surrounded by impressive hiking trails and can even be reached by bike via the popular Milseburgradweg (entry directly in Hilders). You can also experience an adventurous and free bike ride through the Milseburg tunnel.

The baroque and cathedral city of Fulda is 30km away and is always worth a trip.

Das Häuschen war für uns mit 4 Personen ( davon 2 Kinder ) und Hund genau richtig, es war alles eingerichtet und sauber und liebevoll gestaltet Man konnte alles selbstständig und unkompliziert buchen, mittels Code und Schloss kommen und sich von Anfang an wohl fühlen und erholen..

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber.Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist perfekt.Das einzige Manko war, das warme Wasser. Zeitgleich Duschen war schwierig, das warme Wasser kam im OG nicht an.

Die Rhön war überraschend im Schnee versunken und die Unterkunft per Auto kaum zu erreichen. Der umsichtige und ausgesprochen freundliche Vermieter kontaktierte uns daraufhin und bot uns in Sorge um unser Wohlergehen von sich aus eine vollständige Erstattung an.Natürlich waren wir ein wenig traurig ob der verpassten Reise, aber vermutlich wäre das mit unserem Stadtauto wirklich nicht gut ausgegangen.

Wir haben im Eulennest ein schönes Wochenende verbracht. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, um ein paar entspannte Tage zu genießen. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert. Die Räume sind freundlich eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Der große Kachelofen im Wohnbereich, den wir allerdings nicht in Betrieb hatten, hat sogar einen Namen: Knut! :-) Die Lage ist perfekt für Wanderungen und zur Erkundung der Rhön. Auf der tollen Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne sitzt man bequem und kann die Seele baumeln lassen. Ich habe es ein wenig bereut meinen Hund nicht mitgenommen zu haben, denn es stehen sogar Näpfe fürs Hundefutter bereit. Ich kann das Eulennest uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist super sauber, schöne Lage und gute Ausstattung.Leider waren die beiden Schlafzimmer total feucht und es riecht ganz stark nach Keller.Auch die vorhandenen Luftbefeuchter könnten nicht wirklich Abhilfe schaffen.Daher nur zwei Sterne, da es unseren Aufenthalt doch sehr negativ beeinträchtigt hat.

Kurzurlaub im Eulennest

Das Ferienhaus liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage und bietet alles was man für gute Erholung benötigt. Man kann sich hier wirklich gut erholen.Das Haus hat ein wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.Die Umgebung verfügt über ein gutes Wandernetz, welches wir auch nutzten. Die Gaststätten in Hilders, welche man in 20 Minuten erreicht, bieten hervorragende Speisen an. Sehr zu empfehlen die Pizzeria Italia sowie das LandhotelHohmann.

Day Haus ist wirklich komplett eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Leider war es bei unserer Ankunft sehr abgekühlt und es dauerte länger bis die Wohnung angenehm durchgeheitzt war. Alles im allen kann man das Haus empfehlen.

Extra stroom- en niet genoemde kosten. Vaag verhaal over toeristenbelasting. Slaapkamers (souterrains) ruiken muf en zijn vochtig. Wel een mooi huisje met bijzondere verlichting (en verwarming). Wel slecht bereikbaar.
