Thank you, this was a perfect stay for our family. They had everything they needed and were only two minutes away from us. We shall definitely book again!
Lovely property and all as described.
Everywhere was within easy reach. Blissful strolls along the beach to both Redcar and Saltburn.
All quiet and peaceful.
The property was in the heart of Marske and a short distance to the beach.
The property over all was excellent the only down side or improvements are the master bedroom was very large but would have been better with an ensuite. While good off street parking was provided this was some what negated by cars parking on the narrow street opposite which made exciting the parking extremely difficult.
Great location for exploring the wonderful coastline with its magnificent beaches. The property itself was first class - very comfortable in all aspects and spotlessly clean. Lots of lovely finishing touches which made all the difference!
We chose Marske as our trip was to visit friends and family in the village, so we know the place well. For what we wanted, the location was perfect - close to the beach and close to the shops (but set back from the High Street so it was very quiet). The pictures show the property very accurately, so you can judge whether the living area is big enough for your party size - fine for 3 of us plus plenty of floor space for our dog. On a very domestic note, I loved the cordless Dyson vacuum cleaner, meaning we could easily clean up dog hairs and sand. I was also impressed with helpful touches such as hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom, and all the cleaning supplies, including tablets for the washing machine. Hubby was more excited by the Nespresso machine and a plentiful supply of capsules; hubby and son were also impressed with the wi-fi speed. Having a parking space right outside was very helpful (not all rental properties in Marske have this), and having a second space was a real bonus for us as family and friends could park easily when they came to visit.

Lovely quite place in a very friendly neighbourhood. Everything you need and more and close to town. Ideal place to travel and visit nearby places. If you have the legs for it try Robin Hood Bay.
We loved our stay at Tim's place. Great place for exploring the North Yorkshire coast. Long stretches of sandy beach from saltburn to Redcar. The TV bed was a hit with the kids for late night early morning movie watching esp on a rainy day. Highly recommended
Really well equipped property, and very spacious. Literally everything you could think of is provided. Location very private and quiet, with a Sainsbury's local just around the corner, and a short walk down to a really nice, relatively quiet beach. We stayed during the heatwave, so it was probably busier than usual, but still not crowded. Not many facilities around the beach actually in Marske, which is probably why it doesn't get as busy as Redcar and saltburn. It all depends on what you want from a holiday, but it was perfect for us. Despite the heat, the property stayed cool as it doesn't really get much sun glaring in the windows. Had a problem locating cutlery when we first arrived, but within minutes Tim was round to show us where it was (concealed drawer within a drawer, under the hob, incase you can't find it either).
Thanks for a lovely rental, top notch.
This was a lovely property.
In our opinion it would benefit from an en suite in the master bedroom or another toilet especially for bigger parties.
The living area sofa was not quite adequate for us all to relax on, 3 people. Bigger parties would struggle.
The property had very good appliances, lovely decor.
We would have preferred a blind of some sort on the front door, so it wasnt so open or easy to see through.
It took us a while to find the cutlery 🤪🤣silly us!
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the owner was very easy to talk to and available for any problems.
The outside veranda/seating area is 2 chairs outside the front door. We were not bothered by the lack of outside space.
We would definitely book again when we are in the area 😊
