About this property

Anchorage II - Functional apartment Carolinensiel, Birkenweg

An extremely spacious apartment for two (to three) people with almost 60 m².
It is located in the center of Carolinensiel at the end of a cul-de-sac that is only used by residents. Children can play safely in the turning hammer.

There is a parking space in front of the apartment that is reserved exclusively for you.

The apartment is at ground level and has a small entrance step. On the back there is an outside space that the permanent tenant on the first floor has to go past. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious living room, we have a closed bedroom. The bedroom has a double bed and due to its size, a travel cot fits into the room.

If you would like to use the apartment with three adults, please contact us. For this we have a sofa bed ready. On arrival you will be shown how it works.

A TV, on which you can also listen to the radio, and WiFi is available in the apartment.

Mangelnde Sauberkeit

Die Fewo ist zweckmäßig ausreichend eingerichtet. Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bad waren grundsätzlich gereinigt, dass schlafzimmer war jedoch sehr dreckig und scheint lange zeit nicht mehr richtig grundgereinigt worden zu sein. Am unangenehmsten war jedoch der "muffige" Geruch, der trotz langen und mehrmaligen Querlüften sich nicht verflüchtigte. Aufgrund der guten Berertungen hatten wir die Fewo nicht in einem solchen zustand erwartet und würden kein 2. Mal buchen

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist echt toll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Auch mit aufgestellten Reisekinderbett war riesig viel Platz im Schlafzimmer. Sogar ein Hochstuhl war vorhanden. Trockentuch, Spülschwamm,Spüli und Haushaltsrolle waren in der Küche, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Lediglich Müslischüsseln haben wir nicht gefunden. Dafür uns über die Mikrowelle zum Brei erwärmen gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhe und Entspannung

Ruhe und Entspannung haben wir in dieser Ferienwohnung gefunden. Keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß links zum Bäcker wobei auch Sparkasse und weitere Geschäfte dort gut zu erreichen sind. Zum Strand sollte man früh dort sein um einen nahen Parkplatz mit den dazu gehörigen Liegen usw. hat.

Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Der Freisitz ist nicht direkt von der Wohnung aus zu erreichen. Es sind einfache Holzstühle. Der Tisch ist so klein, dass man nicht draußen frühstücken kann. In der Wohnung sind sehr viele Schränke. Das ist in anderen Fewos nicht so. Die 2 Toilette ist auch sehr angenehm. Toll sind auch die elektrischen Rolläden. Insgesamt gesehen ist es es eine tolle Unterkunft, aber nur, wenn man nicht draußen sitzen möchte.
