Perfect location, specious house

The location could not be better, exactly what we were looking for, close to Sonzacate park, pupuserias, we seriously recommend Pupuseria Maiz & Arroz, one of the best in the area and just outside the security gate. House was specious and clean. Now the not so good experience, attendant (Raul) did not know we were arriving the check in day, to his defense he answered his phone promptly all the time and was extremely friendly and helpful same as his sister. Another hiccup along the way was that there was an additional fee for electricity use we were not aware of until a couple of days into our stay, we would have liked to know about it before hand, then it was called AC fee which in our opinion was an excessive amount, it was lowered after negotiating with owner but what do you do once you are checked in and a couple of days into your stay? Overall the stay was pleasant and whatever was promised was delivered, it was just sad to have to pay for AC when were hardly at the house and exploring the city instead, Would we recommend this place? absolutely!!! book it, you will not regret it!
