The HEART - is a manufacturer's apartment house in Sölden and is located directly on the ski slope with in-house access and exit to the A7 valley run. Truly ski in - ski out. The Top2 Penthouse offers its guests a lofty alpine-style atmosphere on 93 sqm with great views of Sölden's ski slopes and mountains.
Look forward to a luxury apartment and the sky panorama sauna of the HEART with a view up to Obergurl / Hochgurgl.
The apartment has been individually designed and has balconies with sun loungers and views of the mountains and ski slopes. The Top2 penthouse offers three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom including shower. A special highlight: The master bedroom also has a free-standing mineral cast bathtub with a view of the mountains. A living room lounge with a panoramic swing and a chilled old wood niche rounds off the living experience.
The apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher as well as a coffee machine. The Top2 has a flat-screen TV with international TV channels in all bedrooms and in the living room. Wi-Fi is available quickly and free of charge in the apartment.
You will find a great a la carte restaurant with Tyrolean specialties right next to the HEART. You can ski to the ski school / ski kindergarten in about 20 seconds. Just as fast are `Phillip` and` Finale` in the middle of Sölden's après-ski hotspots. After a great day of skiing, your equipment rests in the ski cellar with ski boot heating, while you can end the day at 90 degrees in the in-house Finnish barrel sauna with a view of the mountains.

LET’S BE HONEST. It’s true, we love the HEART, we consider it exceptional, and we don’t think anything compares to it. Period! BUT... LET’S BE HONEST. None of this would matter if our artisan apartments were located just anywhere! THINK ABOUT IT. What use is the nicest designer apartment if you have to carry your skis to the lift or the slope? How much peace can you enjoy in the mountains with cars constantly buzzing by? How relaxing is a family vacation if it takes ages to get the kids off to the ski school in the morning?
LET’S BE HONEST. Forget all those relaxation killers! You’re staying at HEART!!! You can trust us! Being at the HEART of the slope means staying at a true ski-in ski-out.
Our guests don’t carry their skis. They ski directly to and from the apartment. They enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains. There are almost no cars up here. Their family vacation is easygoing. In 20 seconds they can ski directly to the ski school/kids’ ski area. And perhaps not entirely unimportant: in 20 seconds they can also ski from HEART to Sölden’s après-ski hotspots ‘Philipp’ and ‘Finale.’
