The villa "Gais Alpins" is located in an unobstructed position in Glion (Montreux) with unobstructed views of the Lac Léman, the Savoy Alps, facing south-west (Geneva). The view extends in clear weather to Nyon on the vineyards of the Lavaux (World Heritage) to the southern Jura. Habitable surface 150 m2, without outside terraces, 1 bedroom, 2 single beds, salon with convertible divan (double bed) and, dining room, living room, two wet areas with WC, cellar and work space (washing / heating / handicrafts).
The top equipment is enough for 8 people. Garage for 2 cars. SAT. TV, landline phone and Wi-Fi are available.
The house is 5 km from the center of Montreux, 33 km from Lausanne, 100 km from Geneva and 210 km from Zurich. Bus stop MGN Montreux - Glion - Rocher de Naye is in the immediate vicinity, 50 meters. Mountain hiking, ski downhill and Nordic, as well as paragliding is possible directly from the house.
