Before every new arrival of guests, a spray disinfection of all systems, devices and contact surfaces is carried out. You can be sure that everything is perfectly clean and hygienic when you arrive at Villa SeaTime.
The beautiful bungalow with private swimming pool offers a lot of holiday fun for couples and small families at a fair price. Since everything is on one level and there are no stairs to climb, ideal for the elderly or people with slight restrictions.
The lovingly and high quality furnished villa is located in a quiet cul de sac next to a large green area with a wonderful view over a green valley onto the sunshimmering blue of the Mediterranean. In this quiet Mediterranean environment you will find peace and serenity.
The beautiful lifeguarded beach with the St. Barbara restaurant is only a few minutes walk away. A bike and surfboard rental is available there and beach chairs are provided for the Guests of the restaurant.
A small supermarket, bakery and several restaurants are also within walking distance.
In just a few minutes drive you can reach the city of Polis with more shops and restaurants.
In the harbor of Latchi you can rent boats and jet-skis or you can go diving, parachuting and attend organized trips to the "Blue Lagoon".
The nearby forests of the Troodos Mountains and the spectacular nature reserve of the Akamas Peninsula, which starts directly behind Latchi, invite for hiking and discovering.

Excellent villa

We were very happy with Villa Sea time - the pictures do not really show how spacious it is. The villa was clean and had everything we needed (including a small food welcome pack). The pool was great, both large and deep at one end. There were many separate areas to just sit and rest with a good book, which pleased all family members. Views of the sea and sunset were beautiful. Good restaurant at the bottom of the road too. Would definitely stay here again.

Home from home in an unspoilt part of Cyprus

This really was a gem of a stay. Lovely villa - don’t be put off by the pics if you think it is small. Comfortably fits 4-5 people with loads of room. Marion has provided everything you could possibly want (including the full range of sky/tv channels). Villa was spotless and an easy drive to local town of Polis and the water sports centre of Latchi. Loved every minute of it and would not hesitate recommending this place to stay. Can’t rate it highly enough. P.s. LuxuryLatchiVillas (the management company) were brill as well and provided help, assistance and some good restaurant recommendations along the way.

Oasis

This is an exceptional holiday villa. We are a small family looking for a quiet relaxing break. This villa ticks all the boxes we want. Lovely inside and out, and fully equipped with everything you need. Welcome pack very much appreciated after all the travel. There are a number of places outside to sit to get or avoid the sun. Great size of pool and nice views of the sea and surrounding hills (which may be nice for a hike if it was a bit cooler!). It is a short walk to the beach and adjacent restaurant for breakfast lunch or evening meal. There are a range of shops and restaurants a very short drive away. Excellent all round in every respect and I would thoroughly recommend this villa and would love to come back (which is not something I would usually do). Finally the contact with Uwe is first class, always helpful and informative.

Für uns war alles wunderbar, sogar Verpflegung für den Anfang. Tolles Haus,auch wenn zum Schluss kein warmes Wasser mehr kam. Da fehlte wahrscheinlich die Sonne, aber für das nicht ganz so schöne Wetter kann kein Vermieter etwas.MfG Hartmut
