This peaceful 4 bedroom bungalow is set in the tranquil area of Neo Chorio within a 5 minute drive of the picturesque area of Latchi harbour.

Iron gates lead you down the driveway to the villa lined with flowers and shrubs. This area offers plenty of off-street parking.

As you enter the property you will immediately notice that it offers two separate living areas offering corner leather sofas, each with flat screen TVs. There is a DVD player, radio and wireless internet for your entertainment. There is also a glass fireplace, ideal for the cooler months.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs including an oven, hob, American fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. There is also a breakfast bar offering extra worktop space. There is a door located in the kitchen which leads out to the poolside terrace. The adjacent dining area with faux leather chairs seats up to 10 guests.

The villa offers 3 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The master double bedroom offers a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The two remaining double bedrooms share access to a communal shower room. The twin bedroom has access to an adjacent shower room. Each bedroom offers a hairdryer.

The property is air-conditioned throughout.

Outside, you will find the 11m x 5m swimming pool with roman steps surrounded by plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the Cyprus sunshine.

The large portable barbecue, twinned with the outside dining area creates the ideal environment for al fresco dining.

The outdoor area provides extensive gardens, trees and fruit trees. The secluded location offers the ideal peaceful holiday, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nearby sites.

An escape to the sun and beach was desperately needed and this place was the answer! George was a dream to work with - responding immediately to any queries and even going above and beyond with special requests. He purchased an outside umbrella specially. His charming father, Peter, met us on arrival and showed us around the property and even left treats from his garden along with essentials. The house is really spacious, the kitchen is the best I have ever had access to, and the condition pristine. However, the very best part was the pool! Absolute bliss! Early morning swims were the best. You don't feel exposed as the house, though surrounded by others from a distance, is set back from the road and there are trees between the house and others. Very comfortable and felt private. It is also only a three minute drive into Latchi. Superb restaurants nearby and great beaches to choose from. **Highly, highly recommend**

Excellent location

A beautiful villa in a great location. Stayed here with friends. Very spacious throughout, there was plenty of room. The pool was also a great size. The host was very helpful & available when needed, even supplied us with fresh homegrown fruit & left some essential supplies for when we arrived, couldn’t be more helpful. We will certainly be returning.

We stayed here for 17 days. From the moment we booked nothing was too much trouble for George. Emails were replied within minutes. The villa is immaculatee and has everything you need for a great time away. The pool is awesome, still really warm in mid October. There are fruit trees and grapes. The welcome from Panayiotis, Georges father, was fantastic. The welcome pack was the best I have ever seen. He lshowed us around, he is a lovely man who is understandably very proud of his villa. He very kindly took myself and my husband out for a meal with his wife, a lovely gesture. The area surrounding the villa is really tranquil, true peace and quiet and hardly any light pollution, you can see the stars at night. Lovely places to sit inside and around the villa. Thank you for your hospitality and attention to detail. The cleaner was amazing too. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for peace and quiet but only 4minutes drive into Latchi and Polis where there are a wealth of restaurants and amenities.

Lovely location. Pool fantastic. Family so helpful and attentive even cooked us a meal one night. I cannot recommend this villa enough. One of the only places we would come back too. Do go to the blue lagoon amazing clear waters.

Why they chose this property

Our property is builded in a Luxury Place near Latchi far from the noisy and traffic roads. Is the best choice for families that want to spend their holidays far from the daily routine in the nature near the sea. Some basic facilities that makes the villa unique is the private swimming pool, water pressure system and the fireplace. Having a coffee in the morning on the Rose Garden of the villa would be the best thing you have ever try.
Feel free for any further information but remember that, if you dont visit the place you will never feel the paradise.

What makes this property unique

The Villa is builded in quite place far from Latchi traffic. The bath of Afrodite is only 6.8 and is accesible by car. Akamas Penisula is located 17 km far from the Villa. Paphos international airport is only 50 km far from the villa.
Clearly, the best place to relax.
