Villa Zefyros is a beautifully furnished three-bedroom villa which sleeps up to four persons (children five-year-old and above) and is located within walking distance of the traditional 300 year-old Cypriot village of Neo Chorio on the north-western coast of Pafos District of Cyprus. The villa is situated in an exclusive development with a private, gated road and it enjoys spectacular, panoramic views of both Chrysochou Bay and the wild, protected Akamas Peninsula. Villa Zefyros also overlooks the Anassa Hotel, a world renowned exclusive 5-star luxury spa hotel. The villa has a secluded garden with a “sundowner” table and chairs and an infinity/vanishing edge swimming pool. The villa has ample outside furniture which includes a dining table and chairs, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a gas BBQ and a pergola over the verandah. The interior ground floor consists of a large open plan living area with very comfortable furnishings, a TV, DVD home theatre system with an extensive DVD library, CD player, music library and dock for MP3 Player / iPod. The Internet TV system has a huge amount of television, You Tube, radio and video club stations/channels - there are over 6,000 films etc in the latter! There is a dining area and fully fitted kitchen, which includes an oven, hob, washing machine, fridge / freezer, microwave and dish washer. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with fixed bunk beds and a relaxing massage chair and there is also a toilet with wash basin and shower cubicle. Upstairs the stunning master bedroom has a four poster bed and ensuite bathroom, with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin. The master bedroom has a safe available for guests. The second double bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. The property has a spiral staircase from the first floor balcony, to a roof terrace "Sunset Bar" complete with a wooden "pub garden table" to sit with a drink and enjoy the magnificent views of the Akamas Peninsula hills, Chrysochou Bay in the Mediterranean Sea, Latsi (Latchi) Harbour, Polis Chrysochou and the coastline around to Pomos with the dramatic hills of Pafos Forest in the background. Neo Chorio village has a few tavernas (the nearest is a five minutes walk from the villa) and a small supermarket. It is a 3 minute drive down to the beaches, shops and harbour of Latsi and a 10 minutes’ drive to the quaint town of Polis. The villa is approximately a 1 hour drive from Pafos/Paphos International Airport and 2 hours from Larnaca International Airport. The villa is on the eastern edge of the Akamas Peninsula with immediate access to a myriad of off-road tracks and walking trails to enjoy the wild nature of the protected area and its magnificent inland and coastal scenery. Villa Zefyros is 122 metres / 400 feet above sea level thus commanding sweeping views down to the coast and Chrysochou Bay. Zefyros is the Greek God of the West Wind who blew Aphrodite, the goddess of love (also the Roman goddess Venus), to Cyprus where she emerged from the foaming sea at Aphrodite’s Rock in Pafos (Paphos) District, as depicted in the famous painting by Sandro Botticelli (circa 1486). Hence Villa Zefyros as the villa faces west - a perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing pre-dinner cocktail whilst watching the vivid sunsets over the Akamas Peninsula and Chrysochou Bay! A substantial welcome pack is provided upon arrival.

Lovely family Easter stay

Beautiful location with incredible views. We really enjoyed our time in the comfortable villa which was in a peaceful area. Great walks and hill top villages and even had a dip in the April sea - refreshing! Thank you Keith and Wendy! Hope we can visit again soon!

Villa Zefyros

Over the years I have stayed in many villas in various countries, but Villa Zefyros rates as one of the best. Holidays can‘t be more relaxing

Well maintained villa with great views, quiet at the end of a dead end street, beautiful garden that gets a lot of sun, and so does the pool. But you still find enough shady spots outside. Very clean kitchen, well equipped. One of the best Villas we‘ve been to in the Neo Chorio region. Helpful, generous and discrete hosts, who live just around the corner.

This is a beautifully situated Villa with superb views over the Bay Area. We enjoyed staying at the property which is maintained to the highest standards with everything you could ever need. Lovely week in a fabulous villa

We had a very relaxing week at Villa Zefyros. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and contained everything needed for our holiday. All appliances are good quality with a good TV and entertainment centre with access to many tv channels and movies. The location was easy to find following the provided instructions with a local taverna a few minutes walk and local shop 15 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the harbour and beach by car with its restaurants and shops. A lovely view for the impressive pool but being October it was a little cool for lazing in (18deg).' Keith and Wendy are consummate host for whom nothing is too much trouble and live close by to give that personal touch when checking in. Highly recommended for an enjoyable holiday in a lovely part of Cyprus

We can not add to all your 5 star reviews as they say it all, but for the interested readers we can say that we stayed at the Villa late February and although the weather was very kind to us the evenings were cool so a light jacket is advised. So on that note we once again thank Keith & Wendy for the pre-set central heating this was a god send as most Villas just have the blown hot air A/C for the winter months. See you again soon. We have returned to the UK but are booking again for next year.This place is wonderfulKeith and Wendy are amazing hosts and we are so lucky to have met them and consider them friends whom we will keep in touch with. The villa has everything you need and the welcome pack is very generous especially after a day of travelling. There is no need to go to the supermarket until the next day or so which you don’t get in most villas. Keith and Wendy are on hand if you need them but other than that leave you too it. We absolutely enjoyed our two weeks here and we have found our place. What’s stunning about this villa is the view, my goodness it’s beautiful and the breeze we welcomed that to cool us down. Great location too to some gorgeous restaurants. We settled very quickly and that’s mostly down to a very warm welcome from Keith and Wendy which we so appreciated. Oh before I forget the beds are really comfortable too, and the villa is really clean. I’d say I’ve a keen eye as I like a clean home myself and this villa was lovely and clean to walk into. We’ve made some lovely memories in that villa and had plenty of laughs with many more to come see you in 2026.

Outstanding villa.

My family and I had two fantastic weeks staying at Villa Zefyros. Immaculately presented throughout with great views of the sea and hills the villa was comfortable, cool and the welcome pack was very kind and generous. The pool was great and the pool area was private as it wasn't overlooked and it did have a lovely breeze blowing across it sometimes, too. Keith and Wendy were such friendly and gracious hosts and couldn't have been more helpful; immediately on hand with any query that we had. Neo Chorio was quiet and traditional and only a short walk up the hill. It had a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket and most was used by the residents the village. Latchi was a 5 minute taxi ride (10 Euros each way with Nissos Taxis; brilliant) and had plenty of restaurants, shops and Latchi Watersports were excellent as was STS Moto for off road buggies. All in all a great stay and I couldn't recommend Villa Zeyros highly enough!

Fabulous Villa!

It was so nice to be greeted on our arrival by our wonderful hosts Keith and Wendy. They took time out to show us where everything was and how it worked. It was a Sunday and we arrived very late, all the supermarkets were closed and we were tired and hungry. Keith and Wendy had made sure we had everything we needed from essentials including dishwasher tabs, washing powder .. and not forgetting the wine which we enjoyed drinking on “the roof bar” as the sun went down. It was a great comfort to know that they were only a phone call away if anything was to go wrong, but we never had to worry, as everything was perfect, the villa, the location, the view... was all and more than we had ever expected. Keith and Wendys restaurant recommendations were spot on. We could not recommend this villa enough, you just need to read all the fabulous reviews to know that you will not be disappointed. We don’t usually return to past villas, but Villa Zefyros is defiantly one we hope to return to soon.

Superb! Immaculate villa with wonderful views

A really superb villa that is absolutely immaculate in every way . It is located on a hill in at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac over looking Latchi bay giving wonderful views from the pool, the balcony and even a roof terrace but only a few minutes by car from the small town itself on the sea front. Everything about it is outstanding - and the attention to detail was extraordinary. From the ‘welcome pack’ on arrival to the pool equipment & toys, sun shades, sun loungers, and even little things like dish washer tablets and cling film were provided. The owners, Keith & Wendy, are very friendly and extremely helpful in providing advice and suggestions about the local area and as they live nearby would be on-hand if required – although we never had any problems at all. It was perfect for a relaxing family holiday with our two teenagers who enjoyed it as much as we did. We went in August which is obviously peak season and we were a little concerned it would be very busy and very hot. However, although there were plenty of people on holiday in the area it wasn’t over crowded at all. The numerous restaurants on the sea front all had plenty of tables available at any time and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant especially in the cool of the evening. It was also easy to find stretches of beach relatively empty away from the town although even the busiest parts couldn’t be called crowded. As for the temperature – it was around 30 degrees every day but there was usually a very welcome pleasant breeze especially at the villa itself. Definitely would recommend it to anyone.

Vacances de rêve dans un écrin de nature

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances « nature et culture » appréciant le charme de la presqu’île d’Akamas : trails Aphrodite et Smigies environ 9km et des paysages fabuleux ! Environ 2h30 ou 3h pique-nique inclus. Nous avons bénéficié d’un grand soleil en ce mois de février et d’une affluence de touristes très faible. Mieux vaut appeler les restaurants avant d’y aller car tous ne sont pas ouverts pendant la période hivernale. Mais ce qui a enchanté notre séjour, outre les paysages spectaculaires et le soleil c’est la chaleur de l’accueil reçu et en particulier celui de nos hôtes Wendy et Keith. La qualité de leur accueil est à l’image de la villa Zeyfiros : d’une propreté impeccable, décorée avec goût entre charme anglais et meubles ramenés de leur expatriation hong-kongaise. Son jardin et sa vue sur la baie sont à couper le souffle ! Et pour notre arrivée, Wendy a même prévu qq courses pour apéro, dîner et petit déjeuner : une attention que je n’avais encore vu chez aucun hôte auparavant. Une adresse que nous recommandons définitivement !

Probably the best villa we have stayed in with up market furniture/furnishings. Views to die for and a generous welcome pack providing more than the basics. After a lot of searching we chose this villa and we weren't disappointed. A lot of useful information from the owners prior to our visit and a personal friendly welcome on our arrival. Fabulous Villa

Due to covid we ended up going a year later than originally planned. We kept in regular contact with Keith & Wendy who were so so helpful. The villa has everything you could ever need & more , with extras like shampoo, dishwasher tablets & a welcome pack which pretty much filled the fridge. The villa is in a beautiful spot overlooking Latchi so the views are fantastic. We had a wonderful holiday in this wonderful villa I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

Wendy and I (Keith) are both originally from Great Britain and in 1981 we moved to Hong Kong where we lived and worked for almost 28 years. We were both employed by the Hong Kong Jockey Club, myself in various veterinary capacities and Wendy in many equestrian roles. Our son, Simon, was born in Hong Kong and educated there and at the University of Exeter.

In 2009, following our retirement, we relocated to the Republic of Cyprus and live in a villa just outside the 300 year-old village of Neo Chorio on the north-western coast of Pafos (Paphos) District. Here we enjoy a slower pace of life (although not always!) in a climate conducive to an outdoor lifestyle for most of the year and having uninterrupted, spectacular, panoramic views of Chrysochou Bay and the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula.

We wanted to purchase a villa to use for holiday rentals to give us something to do in retirement and to supplement our income.
