'Villa Janette' is a 4 bedroom*, 2 bathroom property, catering for up to 8 guests. On the ground floor sits a king bedroom & a twin bedroom, alongside a family size bathroom. On the upper floor you'll find another King size bedroom and a second twin bedroom, along with a double family size bathroom. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space - bath towels and pool towels are provided.

Lovely villa, clean and well maintained. Nice and quiet location with easy access to restaurants, entertainment and large supermarket. Local buses available regular although we had hired a car. Would strongly recommend this villa to our friends for a holiday.

The villa is ideally positioned just on the edge of Coral Bay, close to all the amenities for a relaxing stay. The villa has lovely gardens and pool area with comfortable outside furniture and an uninterrupted view of the valley and the sea. Comfortable beds and quality bed linen. Would recommend for a quiet relaxing stay.

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Villa Janette!

We absolutely loved our time at Villa Janette, everything was truly out of this world! The villa had everything we needed and more. One of the highlights for us (especially the kids) was discovering the pre-loved toys in the outdoor shed, such a thoughtful touch that kept them entertained for hours.The location couldn’t have been better, just a short distance from the Coral Bay strip and the fantastic Philippos supermarket, which had everything we could possibly need. The villa itself was spotless, and we really appreciated that the pool was cleaned every other day during our stay.A huge thank you to Leanne who was fantastic throughout the entire booking process, so helpful and responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Villa Janette to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped holiday home in Cyprus. If we return, this will definitely be our top choice!

Great views, great location.

Great location, 10 minuets walk from Coral Bay and bus stop to Pathos. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Lovely views and lots of different seating areas to relax in or for alfresco dinning, we had quite a few bbq's whilst we where there. The local supermarket provides a free lift home with your shopping, so perfect for stocking up with all your essentials. The villa is quite spacious and has everything you could need, the pool area and gardens are lovely and well maintained. We had a very enjoyable stay and would have no hesitation recommending it to friends and family.

Spectacular holiday home

This is such a wonderful villa to be enjoying your holiday in. The villa itself was clean and tidy and exactly matches the pictures. Pool was wonderful plenty space for everyone to enjoy swimming as we were a large group staying. And best surprise was when kids opened outdoor shed there were already pool Toys there. Stunning views from ground and top floor balcony’s. All within walking distance of bars and shops but not a walk for elderly. Would recommend without a doubt and hope to be back again in the future. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to stay her made our holiday special.

amazing villa !

just back after a wonderful week in this villa. Leanne who manages this property was so helpful before we travelled, emailed advice re covid plans and restrictions, so very helpful and responsive. When we arrived she had arranged a lovely little welcome hamper, wine included! just what was needed after a long flight. The villa was beautiful and spotless, everything we needed and the pool was so warm and inviting as soon as we got there at night ! we really loved this villa and the communication by leanne at executive residences re the management of property was super , i would love to return and can not fault anything!

home from home, Gorgeous villa close to everything you need

what a wonderful villa, we would recommend anyone to stay here. we have visited Coral Bay several times now and Villa Janette is by far our favorite villa. Leanne was brilliant from start to finish answering all our questions and sending us all the info we needed before arriving including helpful tips for covid tests and arriving at the airport etc which made life so much easier. the villa itself is gorgeous 10/10 and all the little touches make it feel like home from home, we had a couple of issues with light bulbs fusing and maybe needed a few more coat hangers but nothing major, the outside pool area is beautiful and we loved the roof terrace late afternoon to catch the last of the blazing hot sun. location is great and close to everything you could need, 10 minute walk to coral bay strip, slight hill and dark for the walk back at night but a taxi was only 10 euro between 4 of us. philippos supermarket is also a 10 minute walk away and has EVERYTHING you could ever need, if you go and do a big shop to stock up the villa at the check out ask for a delivery and they will take you and your shopping home for free! overall we had the most amazing time in both coral bay and villa Jannette and we are already planning to return to the villa next year!

Beautiful villa in perfect location

We absolutely loved our stay at the villa. The villa very clean and homely The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook meals there. The pool was just amazing and a very good size The location was perfect, you could walk to the main strip easily but we chose to drive simply because it was too hot to walk. Philippos supermarket is huge and has everything you could possibly need and is a very short drive away. I hate saying anything negative about the villa but I do not understand why it is advertised as 4 bed villa but then charge extra for the fourth bedroom, We were a family of 6, 2 married couples then my 25 year old son and 15 year old daughter, so the 4th bedroom was a must for us even though two beds were not used. The air conditioning was also very frustrating, the units are timed to only come on for two hours at a time, the reset switches in a couple of the rooms are ‘hidden’ presumably to put you off having it on all the time due to the cost of running, but the air con is a must whilst at the villa as it was very hot, adjust the cost of the villa accordingly so the air conditioning can be used freely. But despite our two niggles we would absolutely return to the villa because it was just so good, would be nice if there was discount for returning guests

Lovely Villa

We have just come home after spending 2 weeks at Vill Janette. The villa is in a quiet location, but only a 10 minute walk to Coral Bay. The villa is very clean, and has everything you could want for your stay. The property managers came in the day after we arrived, the pool was cleaned regularly. Philippos supermarket offer free delivery (shopping and passengers) if you don’t have a car. Thank you letting us stay in your lovely villa.

Superbe Villa TRES bien située

La villa est d'une propreté irréprochable. Très bien située dans un environnement très calme (les villas a côté sont assez éloignées). Le Property Manager est venu le lendemain de notre arrivée pour s'assurer que tout était OK. La piscine (qui doit faire 10x5 m) est magnifique et parfaitement entretenue (2 fois par semaine). Les propriétaires répondent immédiatement aux messages/demandes (merci Leanne :-) ). Je recommande vivement !!! Location ++++++++++++ Edouard

Why they chose this property

We have spent many holidays in Coral Bay and have always dreamed of owning a Villa in this popular area. Having previously owned property in Peyia, we have always had an eye open for that one, perfect villa - and this is it! Villa Janette is beautifully built and sits just a short walk from the main Coral Bay avenue. Sitting by the poolside you hear nothing but the tweeting birds. It is ideal for a relaxing break but also is close enough to the bars and restaurants on offer for holiday makers.

What makes this property unique

The swimming pool is truly a stunning sight. We fell in love after seeing just 1 photo of the Villa! Unobstructed views from the pool stretch up into the hills and mountains to the left and then down to the mediterranean sea to the right. The stone work of the Villa really gives it that rustic Cypriot feel.
