Spend your stay in this cozy 1-bedroom apartment. The living and sleeping area is equipped with a box spring bed, a couch, a large closet and a seating group for 2 persons. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped. On the balcony you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. This apartment is facing north / west, overlooking the quiet courtyard.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a TV and free Wi-Fi in this apartment. The associated underground parking space can be rented for 3 € / day. In the basement there are also washing and drying machines for common use. All floors, including the underground car park, are easily accessible by lift.
For each stay is a one-time cleaning of 45 €.
