The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The building is located on the hill of Siófok, in a quiet single-family neighbourhood. Therefore, no noisy events and parties can be held on site. It is important to observe confidentiality! High-powered loudspeakers are not allowed. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.
