Your temporary home, the studio, is located in our private cottage - completely separate. With its own sun terrace, 2 sun loungers. A summer shower refreshes in the Mediterranean garden. Living and sleeping areas are designed to be open. A gallery leads to the double bed. On this level you will find the comfortable bathroom with toilet, sink, bathroom cabinet, with bath, shower, washing machine. Below then the kitchen with a dining table by the window, on the right side you can make yourself comfortable on the blue sofa, a pleasant place to watch TV (flat screen). Jackets and coats can be found right behind the glass door in the open wardrobe, for your suitcase content is a large closet with shelves and sliding doors available.

The latest heating technology with infrared on the ceiling awaits you. The open kitchen is equipped with everything one likes to have on vacation: Large fridge with freezer, cooker with ceramic hob, sep. Oven, coffee maker, kettle, önes crockery, glasses, cutlery, all cooking utensils are available, also sufficient linen and towels (beach towels please bring your own). For alfresco dining, the 18 square meter terrace is right in front of the studio. You can feel very private, because a lush flowering Mimosa and a Benjaminus frame your dining table. In summer, a widely extendable awning protects against direct radiation. You park your car in the parking bay directly at the house.

The place is quaint and quiet. A perfect place to relax. The area is very beautiful. The owners are full of information and will give you ideas about what to do in the area. They also took us to a beautiful beach bar and restaurant which we frequent a few times.

nice and cosy studio in costa della calma near Palma de Mallorca, very good for a calm winter holiday on Mallorca island the studio was very well furnished, good access near highway exit, Palma in reach of 15min, Peguera beaches very near... all in all: will come again

Wir haben eine Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Mir hat der Meerblick gefehlt, aber das weiss man ja vorher. Die Eigentümer sind sehr sehr nett und geben sich sehr große Mühe, dass ihre Gäste sich wohlfühlen.

Positif :Studio agréable avec tout le nécessaire (cuisine, confort, salle de bain, WI-FI) le lit était fait, bonbonne d'eau, et petite attention (bouteille mousseux).Négatif :Proposition d'un spa qui se révèle être basique (en plastique gonflable) et eau froide. Le SPA a été aperçu à notre arrivée mais a disparu le lendemain, donc nous n'en avons pas profité. Terrasse pas vraiment intime car il y a le balcon des occupants à l'étage supérieur.Nous avons été infestés par de minuscules fourmis qui envahissaient tous les ustensiles de cuisine et plus.Le logement est assez éloigné de tous commerces.

Das Apartment hält was es verspricht. Es ist wundervoll gelegen und sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist schnell, wertschätzend und verlässlich. Rückfragen werden sehr schnell beantwortet. Die Terrasse des Apartments ist perfekt zum relaxen und sogar zum Arbeiten. Insgesamt perfekt und wir hoffen dort erneut Tage verbringen zu können.

1 Woche wohlfühlen

Haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und waren viel in der Umgebung unterwegs: am besten gefallen hat uns Port d‘Andratx.Wir hatten damit keine Probleme, aber man sollte doch für den Fall der Fälle erwähnen, dass zum Apartment 44 Stufen zu bewältigen sind!!!Außerdem fehlte uns vor Ort die Möglichkeit, Müll zu trennen.

Entspannte Woche mit sehr guter Kommunikation mit den Besitzern

Wir durften eine sehr schöne Woche in dem kleinen Studio verbringen. Die Wohnung haben wir dank der genauen Angaben schnell und problemlos gefunden. Die Wohnung liegt so, dass man viele unterschiedliche Aktivitäten in der Umgebung machen kann, ein Auto ist dabei aber empfohlen. Der Außenbereich der Wohnung lädt zum Entspannen und zum gemütlichen Sitzen in der Sonne ein. Man sieht, dass die Wohnung mit viel Herz eingerichtet wurde. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wiederDie Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Wohnung war sehr hübsch und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war auch super ausgestattet mit allen erdenklichen Gewürzen und Kochutensilien.Am ersten Abend gab es einen kleinen Zwischenfall mit dem Strom. Wir haben die Vermieter sofort erreicht und zeitnah eine sehr gute Lösung gefunden. Es wurde sich sehr nett und zuvorkommend um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert! Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Erholsamer Winterurlaub in guter Lage

Das gemütliche Studio befindet sich in optimaler Lage nicht weit vom Flughafen und Restaurants in Palma und auch Ausflugsziele beispielsweise in der Tramuntana sind schnell erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt reichlich Geschirr, Kochutensilien, Geschirr- und Handtücher. Auch an einen Wäscheständer, Sonnenschirm, Picknickdecke und Standtücher sowie Regenschirme und Einkaufstaschen wurde gedacht. Im Garten kann man in sonniger Lage Mahlzeiten genießen oder auf den Liegen entspannen.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns im Studio ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt, alles war wie im Inserat versprochen, und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und das Studio hell und freundlich. Ein Auto ist allerdings erforderlich für den Einkauf. Das Studio werden wir gerne weiter empfehlen, denn auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergabe waren unkompliziert. Danke.

Logement totalement conforme au descriptif, très propre, bien aménagé, très fonctionnel et agréable avec 2 superbes terrasses. Bien situé, il permet de pouvoir visiter l'île tout en étant dans une zone résidentielle très calme. Petites attentions placées dans le frigo bien agréable lorsque l'on arrive (surtout de nuit). Adresse recommandée , nous n'hésiterions à y retourner.

Wunderschön

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem wirklich perfekt ausgestatteten Häuschen sehr genossen. Es war für wirklich alles gesorgt (über genug Handtücher, Badetücher, Waschmittel bis zur elektrischen Saftpresse war alles vorhanden, was man so in einem "Kurzzeit-Zuhause" benötigt). Die Lage ist grundsätzlich ein Traum, allerdings befindet sich in fußläufiger Nähe (außer El Chiringuito, dessen Preise mächtig angezogen sind und der Service wohl etwas nachgelassen hat) weder Restaurants noch Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, macht aber einen Besuch an den umliegenden Stränden mangels Parkplätzen auch nicht einfacher. Wir haben uns bei "Autos Custodia" auf dem Bulevar Peguera zusätzlich einen Roller gemietet - TOP Idee!!! Super Roller, guter Preis und Service. Ingrid und Jürgen sind prima Gastgeber und das im Kühlschrank befindliche "Willkommen" hat uns gut geschmeckt - vielen Dank :-) Liebe Grüße

Tout était très bien. L'appartement est parfaitement bien équipé. L'emplacement est très bien. C'est très calme. Un petit détail cependant. Les volets persiennes laissent passer le jour dès le levé du soleil. Peut-être que la pose de rideaux occultants serait la bienvenue. Sinon, ns recommandons ce logement. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Terrasse mit einem wunderbaren Blick in einen wunderschönen Garten waren ein echtes Highlight. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Ein Auto allerdings unbedingt empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist recht klein, hat aber alles was man braucht.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment - ruhig gelegen

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem kleinen, aber sehr gut ausgestatteten Apartment. Die Ausstattung war perfekt und reichlich. Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert, sehr gut durchdacht für den Aufenthalt von Urlaubern. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen hat eine wunderschöne Terrasse und Ausblick. So war Entspannung für Körper und Seele garantiert. Ein Auto ist hilfreich für Ausflüge in hübsche, umliegende Orte oder in die tolle Hauptstadt Palma. Herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter!
