Great Spur of Moment Getaway

Very pleased with this condo, spacious dining/living area with extra half bath along with comfortable king size bedding. Only con for this property was the road going in, full of pot holes. Don't know who would be responsible for road upkeep.

Friendly landlord and close to everything

Very clean place. Landlord was friendly and helped with all of my needs. Very close to restaurants, beach, and shopping. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I loved having a view of the heated pool. Appliances worked. I enjoyed my stay here. I plan on returning.

Much better than a hotel room!

This condo was so cute- nice beach decor, clean, spacious and had every appliance you could ask for. It also has the added nicety of a KING bed- which was something we were looking for! The only thing we were a bit surprised with was that it was second floor- LOL lugging up the luggage is a PITA, but that really was our only complaint. Also- the neighborhood is very quiet- no noisy parties, even though the pool is right below the condo- you don't hear any raucous stuff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Why they chose this property

As a annual vacationer from the North, this was our preferred Family location. Centrally located to EVERYTHING makes this cute condo a must see! Loved the area so much moved down permanently a few years ago.

What makes this property unique

2 Queen size sofa pullouts in the Living room, in addition to a full bathroom there is also a half bath, rare for a 1 bedroom unit. Balcony view of pool are relaxing. Watch the sunset while sipping on a glass of complimentary wine.
