About this property

Newly built and modern villa with pool located in the heart of the island of Krk, in the quiet village of Risika, about two kilometers from the beautiful sandy St. Marak away. Its ideal location, 15 minutes drive from Krk or Vrbnik makes it the perfect choice for a relaxing family holiday. With a total area of 180 square meters Villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. The stylish garden offers the following amenities: swimming pool, sun loungers, outdoor fireplace and covered terrace with table and chairs. The ground floor consists of a living room, bedroom with bathroom, an extra toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary kitchen utensils. The living room is accessed via the south-facing terrace with seating. The higher level, first floor, consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed that converts easily into a double bed. All rooms are air conditioned to ensure our guests a pleasant stay and sleep. Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. Smoking is only allowed outside the house, on the terrace / balcony.
