Unser Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Stadtrand von Bad Kötzting, ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Ein Stellplatz für Ihr Auto ist vorhanden. Das Dachstüberl bietet bis zu zwei Personen auf 38qm Platz. Die Ferienwohung ist mit einem Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), Wohnküche mit Essecke und Küchenzeile (Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Ceranfeld, Backofen), Sat-TV und Radio ausgestattet.
