We would like to welcome you in our 3-room apartment lighthouse Welcome.
The spacious living-dining area leaves nothing to be desired. From the high-quality sofa over the generous, exquisite Essgarnitur to the full kitchen with dishwasher, oven and freezer left nothing to be desired. Your children will love their own room with the bunk bed.

Great location and apartment - some things to be desired

This apartment is in a great location with easy access to downtown, the beach, parks, eateries and services. The apartment was well furnished and the beds and pillows comfortable. We did have a few issues: 1) at check in there was no person at the door as the check-in instructions indicated. Rather, a sheet of paper stating to call a number. Luckily another vacationer showed up at the same time and called to get instructions on how to open a lock box with a code to get the key. I wish these would have just been included in the check in instructions as we weren't prepared to make phone calls abroad. 2) the key fob for building entry and unit entry is a bit outdated. It usually worked for the exterior doors but for our unit sometimes things would get so locked up that my partner on the *inside of the unit* had difficulty opening the door. 3) the unit was only furnished with 1 roll of toilet paper and we were refused any other toilet paper. In my 35 countries of travel... I've never been only given one roll of toilet paper! Especially for a family staying for 4 or 5 nights! This was unbelievable and we were told we had to buy our own toilet paper. Hand soap and dish soap were provided. 4) the location of our unit was across the street from the bus stop and it was impressive how many people have late night (11pm) chats out there. We sleep with ear buds so not an issue but worth being aware of.

Die Fotos entsprechen dem Gesamteindruck. Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und die Kommunikation ist einwandfrei. Insgesamt super!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, beste Lage.Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der fehlende Aufzug, so dass für uns 80-jährige sie kuenftignur noch im Erdgeschoss infrage kommt.

Unser Aufenthalt war toll, die Lage ist zentral und die Wohnung ist sauber. Die Geschirrspülmaschine ging während unseres Aufenthalts kaputt und es wurde direkt am nächsten Tag ein neuer Geschirrspüler eingebaut. Sehr hilfsbereit und nett, ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und insgesamt in gutem Zustand. Der Check-in ging problemlos. Die Rezeption war zum Zeitpunkt unserer Anreise nicht besetzt, aber es hing eine Nummer aus, die man bei Bedarf anrufen sollte. 5min später konnten wir schon (eine Stunde vor eigentlicher Zimmerbelegung) in unserer Wohnung. Die Küchenausstattung war für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Wir haben lediglich keinen Toaster gefunden, dafür haben wir dann einen Sandwichmaker genommen. Das ging dann auch.Alles in allem sind wir zufrieden und hatten schöne Tage auf der Insel.Der Fitnessraum ist in Wirklichkeit noch besser als er auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Der Raum mit den Tischtennisplattrn war zwar irgendwann sehr stickig, aber alles ist sehr ordentlich und sauber arrangiert. Wir hatten viel Spaß!

Urlaub mit Hindernis

Das Apartment war sehr gut und wohnlich, in zentraler Lage. Einziger, aber entscheidender Mangel: es liegt im 2. Stock des Gebäudes, welches keinen Aufzug hat. Eine unschöne und sehr ärgerliche Überraschung für unsere Mutter, die mit ihren 94 Jahren und starken Knie-und Fußproblemen jedes Mal vor der Treppe wie vor dem Mount Everest stand. Deshalb: Lage der Wohnung und fehlenden Aufzug unbedingt auf der website vermerken!

Gute Zeit

Es war eine schöne Zeit in der netten kleinen Wohnung: toll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, Kissen und Bettzeug nicht so gut, Sauberkeit des kleinen Bades und der Dusche nicht gegeben, was bei der teuren Reinigung etwas schade ist. Lage gut zentral am Busbahnhof und daher auch nicht so ganz ruhig.

Es gab gutes und nicht so gutes inder Ferienwohnung! Erwähnenswert wäre die super Küchenausstatung auch ein Schlafzimmer war sehr gut! Das 2. Schlafzimmer war eher für Kinder und Jugendliche- für ausgewachsene Erwachsene eine Herausforderung! Glücklicherweise gab es im Wohzimmer noch das Ausziehsofa- wo bei Gelegenheit nach Gästebesuch der Sand und ein neuer Matrazenschutz aufgelegt werden sollte.Erwähnenswert ist wie eigentlich bei vielen Ferienwohnungen fehlende Haken oder irgendwas im Bad- auch das kann eine Herausforderung für 5 Personen sein. Das Problem mit der Bus und Taxihaltestelle vor der Tür ist ja bekannt....alles in allem etwas durchwachsen....sind wir doch gut erholt von der Insel zurück

Lage super, Ausstattung super. Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Nur der Check in war etwas holprig da die Dame erst nicht erreichbar war. Leider stand auch nirgendwo wo wir den Schlüssel bei Abreise abgeben müssen.

Toller Urlaub in Strandnähe

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr wohnlich und modern eingerichtet. Das Apartment liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Strand und 2 Gehminuten von der Einkaufsmeile entfernt. Die Umgebung und das Haus war sehr ruhig. Der zugehörige Parkplatz ist sehr hilfreich und vereinfacht die Anreise. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage und bis zum nächsten Mal!
