Welcome to Dubay Lake Life — lake living at its finest!

Located directly on beautiful Lake Dubay, this spacious waterfront home is perfect for family reunions, lake vacations, and multi-family getaways. With bedrooms spread across three levels and a bathroom on each floor, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.

Spend your days boating, fishing, kayaking, or swimming right off the dock. In the evening, gather around the lakeside firepit for s’mores, watch the sunset from the outdoor bar, or relax on one of the many outdoor seating areas overlooking the lake. Boat lifts are available for guests bringing their own pontoon or fishing boat.

Upper Level

The top level includes two bedrooms and a half bathroom, offering a quiet retreat that is ideal for families with young children.

Second Level

The second level features two bedrooms, a full bathroom (shower only), and a spacious family room with a large smart TV. Two oversized couches and a full-size futon provide additional sleeping space.

A cozy sitting area and bar overlook the lake—perfect for morning coffee. Sliding doors open to the large second-level deck, where you can watch boaters, skiers, and stunning Lake Dubay sunsets.

Main Level

The main level offers multiple gathering spaces for your group to spread out and relax.

The converted garage recreation room includes two Murphy beds, a futon, smart TV, and a game table. The living room features a gas fireplace—perfect for cozy evenings after a day on the lake or winter activities nearby.

This level also includes a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with two large-capacity washers and dryers.
There is a sauna in the game room.

Families with children are welcome! Guests may enjoy the available toys and activities, including:

Cornhole boards and bags
Giant outdoor chess set
Cozy Coupe, tricycle, and water/sand play tables

Lake Information
Water depth is approximately 8 feet at the end of the dock
Rocky lake bottom — water shoes recommended
Dock steps allow easy entry into the lake
Boat lift available for guest use

Guests planning to swim should bring life vests.

Important Notes

This is a quiet family home in a residential neighborhood. Parties and large events are not permitted. Quiet hours must be respected out of courtesy to our neighbors.

Two dogs are welcome with a $75 pet fee (2-dog limit). Please note neighboring homes also have friendly dogs and there are no fences between properties.
