Comfortable 2 1/2-room apartment "Regina" in the house Atlantic with about 47 sqm on 1 level (1. OG, with elevator) for up to 4 people (well-being occupancy: maximum 3 adults). In a beach near location in the district of Bad in St. Peter-Ording. With beautiful views of the countryside and the tennis court.

Living room with sofa for 2-3 persons, comfortable beanbag, large TV (cable), telephone and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the furnished balcony to the west with beautiful views of the countryside. Open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

1. Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm). This bedroom is separated by a curtain from the living room.
Second Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x190cm), small play area and view of the countryside.

Modern bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet and hair dryer.

Hall with wardrobe, mirror, shoe rack and large wall unit in the entrance area.

Parking space at the house. Bicycle storage available (places subject to availability). Free Wi-Fi. Shared washing machines and dryers for a fee in the 4. OG, 8. OG and 12. OG of the house.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Freundliche Wohnung mit Überraschungen

Im Großen und Ganzen war die Wohnung in Ordnung. Leider hat es beim ersten Betreten in der kompletten Wohnung stark nach Abfluss gerochen, also erstmal gut durchlüften und Abflüsse spülen, dann gehts. Die Wohnung war größtenteils sauber, das Kinderzimmer sehr klein (leider kein Platz fürs Babyreisebett), die Elternbetten in Ordnung und bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet, das Bad zweckmäßig. Wäre die Wohnung nicht so teuer würde ich wieder kommen, so leider nicht. Für den Preis hatte ich etwas mehr erwartet.

Für de kurze Zeit ging es gerade. Schade ich bin von St. Peter Ording anders gewöhnt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, meiner Meinung nach maximal 2 Personen. Leider hat es wenn Mann die Haustür öffnete nach Klo gerochen. Der Geschirrspüler war kaputt und ist auch nicht in der Zeit repariert worden. Das Zimmer mit den Etagenbetten sehr klein. Mann kommt kaum ins Bett. Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig, Die Sitzplätze sehr tief, und nicht auf den Fernseher ausgerichtet. Die Nachtspeicheröfen funktionierten auch nicht wirklich gut. Ist auch nicht sehr Zeitgemäß. Im Bad der Heizspiegel schafft es kaum den Raum zu erwärmen. Der ei e Schrank im Eingangsbereich war voll so blieb nur ein Schrank für 3 Erwachsene. Ich war schon sehr oft in St. Peter Ording hatte immer sehr gute und schöne Unterkünfte. Ich werde diese Unterkunft so nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Die Ausstattung ist gut.

Die Wohnung ist soweit Ok. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Für die Nutzung mit drei und einem Kleinkind mit separatem Kinderbett sind die Räume leider zu klein gewesen. Da ist Organisationsgeschick gefragt!
