No 303 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owner family suite located 30 steps up on the top floor. Amazing ocean views can be enjoyed from the balcony, and a stocked kitchen is perfect for families or longer stays. With a bathtub for the kids, this condo sleeps up to 6 guest on 3 Queen beds: two in the bedroom and a Murphy Bed in the living room. Guests also get access to the HOA-maintained pool, as well as commercial grade Wi-Fi and an easy beach access staircase on the property.

The Space:
No 303 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned family suite located 30 steps up on the top floor. Amazing ocean views can be enjoyed from the balcony, and a stocked kitchen is perfect for families or longer stays. With a bathtub for the kids, this condo sleeps up to 6 guest on 3 Queen beds: two in the bedroom and a Murphy bed in the living room. Guests also get access to the HOA-maintained pool, as well as commercial grade Wi-Fi and an easy beach access staircase on the property.

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

We were so happy to find a spot to watch the dramatic weather. Important bonus was that it is dog friendly. As a designer I spent hours thinking about what I would do to add to the charm, but it was serviceable, warm, and convenient.

This was a great place and every room having an oceanfront view. Only downside is no elevator for those who have difficulty with stairs.

Beautiful stay

Me and my Ohana had a beautiful stay here. I can’t wait to come back during the winter time so Lincoln City isn’t so jam packed with people. The staff and Manager on site was very helpful when we ran into issues. I plan on staying here again.

Lovely place to enjoy the ocean

The room was clean. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee and tea. We plan on returning as we love the drive South along the ocean.
