Modern 3 room apartment on the ground floor of a family house in the most beautiful district of Weil am Rhein, the ART village of Ötlingen. The apartment is on the edge of the vineyards with beautiful walks, from which one has a wonderful view of the border triangle.
Ideal for vacationers, business travelers, long-term tenants etc.
You live in 64 sqm with 2 bedrooms, single bed, extra bed, double bed u. Sofa bed. Living-dining room, storage room, bathroom and kitchen.
The apartment has space for 5 people.

The living room

You will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Nespresso capsule machine or a Senseo Pad machine as required, with capsules or with pads. Likewise a kettle with different types of tea and a toaster.
Towels and bed linen are of course also included.
If you need additional pillows, blankets or similar, please contact me.

I live in the same house above the apartment and work in the restaurant next door. So whatever is personally reachable with questions and problems.

Other important information

For longer stays, I would be happy to wash and iron your clothes.
Change of towels and bed linen and cleaning of the living rooms if desired.

The property was immaculate, well stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable, lots of wxtra sheets and blankets. Loved it! For awareness, most stores and grocery stores close on Sunday.

Clean Apartment, Beautiful Location

This apartment was just as pictured and located in a beautiful area with good walking access to public transport, dining, and shopping. Carmen was very accommodating and was quick to respond to messages if we needed anything. My friend, my boyfriend and I stayed here during a visit for Basler Fasnacht and it was exactly what we needed. We would all highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

Nice well equipped apartment in a beautiful village with a beautiful view

The landlady is friendly and kind when help and support is needed. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and in a quiet, beautiful surrounding. You can do walks through the vineyards and forests and enjoy the amazing views over the Rhine valley, including Basel in Switzerland and France. The village of Ötlingen is full of arts and there is a nice, traditional restaurant where you enjoy the food and overlooking the Rhine valley. To have a car is helpful to buy your groceries but there is also public transport available

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten. Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch exzellente Sauberkeit aus, was uns sehr wichtig ist. Dadurch haben wir uns von Anfang an direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Badezimmer ist renoviert, die anderen Zimmer auch in sehr gutem Zustand. Auch div. Dinge des alltäglichen Gebrauchs (Spülmittel, Spültabs, Klopapier, etc.) waren vorhanden. Wir möchten uns herzlich bedanken und können und die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt! Die FeWo war super sauber, ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Nette Gastgeber, gute Kommunikation, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit guten Betten, ruhige Umgebung (zumindest in den 4 Tagen), Lage am Ortsrand, mit dem Auto schnell in der Umgebung mit vielen interessanten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir kommen gern wieder! Achtung: Parkplatz langsam anfahren, Kuppe!

Die Ferienwohnung diente uns als Übernachtungsstop für eine Nacht auf dem Weg nach Frankreich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Die Ausstattung war auch super. Auch für einen längeren Zeitraum könnten wir es dort gut aushalten.

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung genossen. Die Ausstattung war mehr als reichlich, wir haben gar nichts vermisst! Die Heizung wurde zur passenden Zeit eingeschaltet, die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Insbesondere möchgten wir auch noch den selbst gebackenen Kuchen und die Marmelade posiitv hervorheben.
