About this property

This is a beautiful unit near many shopping. Highways very near by that will allow you to go in any direction. This community is just beautiful from the pool to the clubhouse, trust me you will love it. One of my favorite neighborhoods in Jacksonville because of how much thought the architecture put into it. You will never want to leave.

This was the perfect stay for us! I wanted to stay longer. Communication was great, and the welcome basket sustained us during work hours (ha!). Our small dog loved the screened in balcony, and we enjoyed the club/pool access during lunch break and after work. Mattress could use a topper for those who prefer firmer support, but otherwise very comfortable. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Had to go buy pillows, very little towels, no cable, sofa was uncomfortable so nowhere to sit in living room. Called owner twice to lock door when we left never heard back from her.

Ok, but should only be for 2 people

We rented this apartment to visit a sick family member. There were three of us, and we were charged an additional fee for the third person. The apartment does not accommodate three people. The couch is hard and not a sleeper sofa. There was an air mattress that lost air during the night. There were only 2 bath towels provided. There was no pillow for the air mattress. If we had known it couldn’t accommodate 3 people we would have chosen elsewhere.

Great Apartment

We loved this apartment! It was close to my son and all the places we needed to be. So easy to jump on the interstate nearby. Clean, modern, new complex with new buildings in the works. Although we didn't cook alot, appliances were top-notch. The screened-in porch was our absolute favorite room! As snowbirds, we've decided to use this apartment on our short-term stays throughout the year for family visits. Can't wait to come back!
