The detached holiday home is rustically furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, children's playground, swing, sandbox, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Each semi-detached cabin has its own privacy and area. The property is located near the stream. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 800 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
