Whether for a family holiday with up to 6 people or for a vacation together with a friendly couple, this apartment is optimally equipped, as the second bedroom offers the possibility to push the two single beds directly to each other, thus obtaining a second double bed. First floor: The separate kitchen has a full equipment. From the dishwasher, oven, microwave over all small electrical appliances such as coffee maker, kettle or toaster you have to miss any everyday helpers. The dining room offers a large dining table and a wonderful view of the cafes and restaurants in the center, as well as a cozy sitting area with satellite TV. The 1. Bedroom (can be darkened) is equipped with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe with mirror. The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin and hair dryer and a towel heater. Second floor: The separate, bright and spacious living room with views of the southern pastures offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Here in the living room is a large satellite TV available and the cozy sofa set perfect for a movie night. From here you can directly access the furnished south-facing balcony from which you can enjoy the midday sun or the sunsets in the pasture landscape. The 2. Bedroom is equipped with two single beds, which can be pushed together if necessary. Also here is a spacious wardrobe with mirror available and this bedroom can also be darkened. Two additional beds can be separated by a fold-out sofa bed (lying area 1.40 x 2.00 m) in the gallery between the living room and 2. Bedroom to be used. Special features The generous size of this apartment also offers enough space for children and adults to feel good and play. For the "little" guests you will also find footstool, high chair and a cot in the apartment. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival.
