Das Objekt hat eine gute Lage, aber der Pkw-Stellplatz ist sehr umständlich und schwierig zu finden. Treppenhaus Reinigung , na ja :( Abgenutzte Inneneinrichtung, keine Möglichkeit Fahrräder abzustellen.
